Praise Dance is a generic term adopted to define dancing before the Lord. You use your body as an  expression of a thought or idea through gestures and movement .

Psalms 149:3 says Let them praise HIS name in the dance!

I have been able to keep the MBC Dancers running for 2 years

I have become more experienced in creating a routine for the past two years

For me the past two years of doing the MBC Dancers has been a wonderful experience , and I hope that I can continue to lead the MBC dancers for many years to come !
