The Top-Track® high-density storage shelving uses signi-ficantly less aisle width as a fixed racking and increases storage capacity by up to 50% without additional con-struction costs.

The unique compact system enables better organisation of the stored goods and thus improved inventory control.

Clean designThe overhead rail ensures that the aisles are completely free for easy cleaning and for access with carts and trolleys.

VersatileTop-Track® in single depth can be equipped with Metro wire racks (Super Erecta® or Super Adjustable™ Super Erecta®) and polyme-ric shelf systems (MetroMax i®) can be used. Configurations with double depth can also be created to display the total depth of the storage system for an even larger capacity to increase.

The original wire shelving system – uncompromising reliability and flexibility

Since 1965 the original adjustable shelving system has been copied, but never reached it.

All Metro wire racking systems are adjustable in increments of 25.4 mm (1") to make optimum use of the available space. The unique Super Adjustable™ Super Erecta® Quick-Adjust Racks have shelf holders that can be easily repositioned without tools to adapt immediately to changing storage needs.

The robust Metro shelves and posts, available in Type 304 stainless steel, Metroseal 3™ epoxy coated, chrome plated, epoxy coloured, are designed for use in stationary, mobile, overhead rail and bot-tom rail configurations.

Depending on the design, a load capacity for stationary shelving with four posts up to 906 kg and for mobile units up to 408 kg is possible. Even for ESD-critical areas Metro offers suitable, conduc-tive solutions.

Metro Starsys™ Laboratory furniture is a polymer-based, highly adaptable system that can be easily reconfigured.

No matter what you need – open, closed, low or high, mobile, stationary or pre-configured – Starsys™ offers the perfect solution.

The durable Starsys™ furniture features a stable anodized aluminium and metal substruc-ture, combined with innovative polymers with Microban®.

The worktops are made of stainless steel Type 304, TRESPA or epoxy resin and are highly resistant to a variety of aggressive chemicals. They are easy to clean and to disinfect.

A wide selection of accessories and drawer insert colours round off the versatility of the Starsys™ system. Advanced security options are also available, including electronic locks, proximity card readers and mechanical key locks.

The MetroMax i® racks are made of innovative polymer materials with Type 304 stainless steel corners and reinforced centre supports to pro-vide innovative stationary and mobile solutions the strength of conventional wire racks.

The removable shelves with smooth surfaces are easy to clean – ideal for wet environments, walk-in cold rooms, sterile areas and chemical storage.

MetroMax i® shelving systems are also designed for use in stationary, mobile rail systems and wall mounts configurations. A wide range of accessories is available to assist in the receipt, identification, organisation and transport of consumables.

Exclusively at Metro, Microban® is integrated in all polymer shelve bottoms and surfaces.

Tables and carts

The wide range of general-purpose carts also includes special carts, such as autoclavable racks, High Performance Liquid Chromatography carts, carts for transporting chemicals, glass vessels and much more.

The corrosion-resistant tables and carts are made entirely of stainless steel Type 304 or advanced polymers with integrated Microban®.Work surfaces are available in stainless steel Type 304 or TRESPA phenolic resin in black or grey to choose from.

The available product solutions have a modular structure and offer you maxi-mum flexibility to reconfigure, supplement or disassemble the products, if the requirements change over time.

A wide range of accessories and castor options allows for a further individuali-sation of work tables and carts.
