Introduction

In this poster, we will be presenting a proposal, which consists of a construction of a cafeteria at the community and an eco tourism center. The construction of the cafeteria has the main purpose of establishing one, due to the convenience and need for the community. The eco tourism center has the main purpose to bring ecology-oriented tourists. The center will offer information of the San Salvador neighborhood’s attractions, also contributing to the visit of the cafeteria.

The attraction places are:    Pirucho Peak - Is the high mountain in the town of Caguas. -- Rappelling-Is to scale at the mountain. -- Camping - Sleep at or near the mountain of river. -- Caves-Is a place where you can explore. -- Community-San Salvador. -- Museum-The Community Museum established in Puerto Rico has many antique pieces founded at the community. -- Botanical Garden-is a small place where plants are medicinal and decorative. -- Archeological site-Is the science that studies human cultures through the recovery, documentation, analysis and interpretation of material remains and environmental data, including architecture, artifacts, features, biofacts, and landscapes -- Biogas System-typically refers to a gas produced by the biological breakdown of organic matter in the absence of oxygen to produce energy. -- Hydroponic Systems-is a method of growing plants using nutrient solutions instead of mineral soil.

Survey ResultsThe results of the survey made in the Recreation Plaza Palmer appear to be similar to those made in Las Catalinas Mall.  Everybody seems to agree with the residents of the San Salvador community, that is that most people would support, and are in agreement with the construction of an eco-tourism cafeteria in the San Salvador community. Some of the activities that most people will participate are hiking, rappelling, camping and visiting a botanic garden as well as a hydroponic syatem.Evaluating the interests or food tastes of the people surveyed, the greater tendency is observed in the purchase of sandwiches or snacks.
