1.0 GENERAL
1.1 To properly install, operate and maintain the Air Site-coordinator
Handling Units (AHU).
1.2 To provide carefull testing & commissioning for the Site-coordinator
installed Air Handling Units.
1.3 AHU are to be delivered complete with blower, blower
motor, coils, insulated casing, hinged access doors
and filters.
2.0 PHYSICAL WORK
Site-coordinator
2.1 Identify all necessary information from the approved
shop drawing.
2.2 Evaluate site condition to ensure sufficient space for Normal site hazard. Expose to mechanical tools Site-coordinator /
installation of AHU and it's accersories. injury. Safety officer
2.3 Selected AHU then shift to the designated location Normal site hazard. Normal site risk. Site-coordinator /
using tower crane or mobile crane. Hoisting canvas Safety officer
sling is used at every corner or the AHU to avoid
damage to the AHU panels.
2.4 The neoprene pad then inserted below each corner
of the AHU once it is lower to the concrete plinth.
2.5 Properly align and connect chilled water pipe to the Hotwork hazard. Fire explosion. Proper grounding for Site-coordinator /
AHU complete with vavle etc. The pipe connection electrical mechinary. Safety officer

3.0 AFTER WORK COMPLETE

3.3 Turn on the blower and verify the rotation is correct. Site-coordinator

3.5 Do the test run and ensure there is no leakage in Site-coordinator
supply and return duct connection.
4.0 PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE
4.1 Air filters are to be cleaned at least four times a year
and in case of major clogging, change the air filters.
4.2 Check and adjust if necesssary the tension and
alignment of the belt.
4.3 Ensure the pulley set screws are properly tightened
and there is no crack on the pulley.
4.4 Turn the blower manually and ensure it is running
smoothly without any excessive bearing noise.
4.5 Check and remove any clogged item/dirt between
coil fins.
4.6 Check voltage, current, wiring and all connection.

1.1 To properly install, operate and maintain the Chilled Site-coordinator
Water Fan Coil Units (FCU).

1.2 To provide carefull testing & commissioning for the
installed Chilled Water Fan Coil Units.
1.3 FCU shall be delivered complete with blower, blower
motor, coils, insulated casing, drain pan and filter.
2.0 PHYSICAL WORK
Site-coordinator
2.1 Identify all necessary information from the approved
shop drawing.
2.2 Evaluate site condition to ensure sufficient space for Normal site hazard Expose to mechanical tools Site-coordinator /
installation of FCU and it's accersories. injury. Safety officer
2.3 Selected FCU then shift to the designated location Normal site hazard. Normal site risk. Site-coordinator /
using tower crane or mobile crane. Hoisting canvas Safety officer
sling is used at every corner or the FCU to avoid
damage to the panels.
2.4 Rawl plug/flush anchor are installed to the slab soffit Improper platform erected. Slip from high level. Safe platform erected by Site-coordinator /
prior istalling the units. The distance between the competent person. Safety officer
rawl plug must be measured and consistent with the
distance between the bracket opening.
2.5 Threaded rod of galvanised steel and is then joint to Improper platform erected. Slip from high level. Safe platform erected by Site-coordinator /
the rawl plug with 10mm thick neoprene pad. For competent person. Safety officer

isolator shall be used.

1.0 GENERAL
1.1 To properly install all ductwork in accordance with Site-coordinator
SMACNA recommendations.
1.2 To provide carefull testing & commissioning for the Site-coordinator
installed ductworks.
1.3 Fabrication in factory are to be based on measurement Site-coordinator
from approved shop drawings.
1.4 Final adjustment are to be measured at site for offsets Site-coordinator
or transitions to suit the application and to avoid
clashing with other trade.
1.5 All ducts protruding through walls and floors and Site-coordinator
exposed to view are to be provided with a neat
galvanized steel frame fixed to ducts and to walls
or floor as appropriate.

2.6 Properly align and connect condenser/chilled water
pipe to the pump's inlet and outlet pipe complete with
all necessary fittings and vavles. Ensure the pipe
connection is using flexible joints to minimized the
vibration transmission.
2.7 Install the unit switchboard complete with all wiring
and termination to all necessary equipment.
3.0 AFTER WORK COMPLETE
3.1 Remove all debris. Normal site hazard Normal site risk Site-coordinator /
3.2 Check ensure no leakage at the pump assemble and Safety officer
at pipes connection.
3.4 Applied Magger test for the wiring connection.
