    1.0 GENERAL

    1.1 To properly install, operate and maintain the Air Site-coordinator

    Handling Units (AHU).

    1.2 To provide carefull testing & commissioning for the Site-coordinator

    installed Air Handling Units.

    1.3 AHU are to be delivered complete with blower, blower

    motor, coils, insulated casing, hinged access doors

    and filters.

    2.0 PHYSICAL WORK

    Site-coordinator

    2.1 Identify all necessary information from the approved

    shop drawing.

    2.2 Evaluate site condition to ensure sufficient space for Normal site hazard. Expose to mechanical tools Site-coordinator /

    installation of AHU and it's accersories. injury. Safety officer

    2.3 Selected AHU then shift to the designated location Normal site hazard. Normal site risk. Site-coordinator /

    using tower crane or mobile crane. Hoisting canvas Safety officer

    sling is used at every corner or the AHU to avoid

    damage to the AHU panels.

    2.4 The neoprene pad then inserted below each corner

    of the AHU once it is lower to the concrete plinth.

    2.5 Properly align and connect chilled water pipe to the Hotwork hazard. Fire explosion. Proper grounding for Site-coordinator /

    AHU complete with vavle etc. The pipe connection electrical mechinary. Safety officer

    between the AHU and pipework shall have flexible Provide fire extinguisher

    rubber joint/coupling. near working area.

    2.6 Properly align and connect the flexible canvas joint Improper platform erected. Slip from high level. Safe platform erected by Site-coordinator /

    2.7 Properly align and connect the condensate drain

    for proper dischage location. The pipe shall have a

    U-trap for maintenance purpose.

    3.0 AFTER WORK COMPLETE

    connection and install the pipe insulation.

    3.3 Turn on the blower and verify the rotation is correct. Site-coordinator

    3.4 Applied Magger test for the wiring connection. Electrical shock. Electrical hazard. Provide fire extinguisher Site-coordinator /

    Fire explosion. near working area. Safety officer

    3.5 Do the test run and ensure there is no leakage in Site-coordinator

    supply and return duct connection.

    4.0 PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE

    4.1 Air filters are to be cleaned at least four times a year

    and in case of major clogging, change the air filters.

    4.2 Check and adjust if necesssary the tension and

    alignment of the belt.

    4.3 Ensure the pulley set screws are properly tightened

    and there is no crack on the pulley.

    4.4 Turn the blower manually and ensure it is running

    smoothly without any excessive bearing noise.

    4.5 Check and remove any clogged item/dirt between

    coil fins.

    4.6 Check voltage, current, wiring and all connection.

    1.0 GENERAL

    1.1 To properly install, operate and maintain the Site-coordinator

    Mechanical Ventilation Fans.

    1.2 To provide carefull testing & commissioning for the

    Mechanical Ventilation Fans.

    1.3 The delivered mechanical ventilation fans are

    normally coupled together with the motor in factory.

    1.4 Ensure the foundation or mounting arrangement and Site-coordinator

    the duct connections are adequately in accordance

    with recognized acceptable engineering practices.

    2.0 PHYSICAL WORK

    Site-coordinator

    2.1 Identify all necessary information from the approved

    shop drawing.

    1.0 GENERAL

    1.1 To properly install, operate and maintain the Chilled Site-coordinator

    Water Fan Coil Units (FCU).

    Site-coordinator

    1.2 To provide carefull testing & commissioning for the

    installed Chilled Water Fan Coil Units.

    1.3 FCU shall be delivered complete with blower, blower

    motor, coils, insulated casing, drain pan and filter.

    2.0 PHYSICAL WORK

    Site-coordinator

    2.1 Identify all necessary information from the approved

    shop drawing.

    2.2 Evaluate site condition to ensure sufficient space for Normal site hazard Expose to mechanical tools Site-coordinator /

    installation of FCU and it's accersories. injury. Safety officer

    2.3 Selected FCU then shift to the designated location Normal site hazard. Normal site risk. Site-coordinator /

    using tower crane or mobile crane. Hoisting canvas Safety officer

    sling is used at every corner or the FCU to avoid

    damage to the panels.

    2.4 Rawl plug/flush anchor are installed to the slab soffit Improper platform erected. Slip from high level. Safe platform erected by Site-coordinator /

    prior istalling the units. The distance between the competent person. Safety officer

    rawl plug must be measured and consistent with the

    distance between the bracket opening.

    2.5 Threaded rod of galvanised steel and is then joint to Improper platform erected. Slip from high level. Safe platform erected by Site-coordinator /

    the rawl plug with 10mm thick neoprene pad. For competent person. Safety officer

    FCU with blower motor size bigger than 2 hp, spring

    isolator shall be used.

    2.6 FCU is then lifted up by manpower with the use Improper platform erected. Slip from high level. Safe platform erected by Site-coordinator /

    of scafolding and fixed to the bracket with double competent person. Safety officer

    nuts and washers. The bracket/treaded rod shall be

    vertically straight. The FCU shall be slightly tilted

    with the drain pipe connection portion slightly lower

    to ensure easier flow of condensate water.

    namely blower section and fin section.

    2.1 Identify all necessary information from the approved

    shop drawing.

    2.2 Evaluate site condition to ensure sufficient space for Normal site hazard Expose to mechanical tools Use proper PPE and Site-coordinator / Safety

    installation of Cooling Towers and it's accersories. injury. proper tools. Officer

    2.0 PHYSICAL WORK

    2.2 Evaluate site condition to ensure sufficient space for Normal site hazard Expose to mechanical tools Use proper PPE. Site-coordinator /

    1.7 Ductwork with minimum 25 mm thick are to be Site-coordinator

    wrapped with 32 kg/m3 density fiberglass backed

    with reinforced aluminum foil. For ductwork below the

    roof and in non air-conditioned space, the insulation

    are to be minimum 50 mm thickness, 32 kg/m3

    density fiberglass back with reinforced aluminum foil.

    1.8 All ductwork unless acoustically/ internally lined,

    are to be externally insulated Site-coordinator

    4.1 Air filters are to be cleaned at least four times a year

    and in case of major clogging, change the air filters.

    4.2 Check and adjust if necesssary the tension and

    alignment of the belt.

    4.3 Ensure the pulley set screws are properly tightened

    and there is no crack on the pulley.

    4.4 Turn the blower manually and ensure it is running

    smoothly without any excessive bearing noise.

    4.5 Check and remove any clogged item/dirt between

    coil fins.

    4.6 Check voltage, current, wiring and all connection.

    1.0 GENERAL

    1.1 To properly install, operate and maintain the Pumps. Site-coordinator

    1.2 To provide carefull testing & commissioning for the

    installed Pumps.

    1.3 Pumps shall be delivered properly coupled with

    electric motor.

    1.4 Pumps and electric motors shall be labbelled with

    identification tag including capacity and motor kW

    information.

    1.5 Pumps inlet and outlet connection shall be capped

    before any installation works.

    2.0 PHYSICAL WORK

    2.1 Identify all necessary information from the approved

    shop drawing.

    2.2 Evaluate site condition to ensure sufficient space for Normal site hazard Expose to mechanical tools Site-coordinator /

    installation of the pumps and it's accersories. injury. Safety officer

    2.3 Pumps then shift to the designated location using

    tower crane or mobile crane. Hoisting canvas sling is

    used to hoist the pumps.

    2.4 Ensure the concrete/casted plinth is ready to receive

    the pumps. The pumps are then assembled on the

    plinth. Ensure motor and pumps shaft are joined

    together with flexible coupling.

    2.5 The neoprene pad then inserted below each corner

    of the pump once it is lower to the concrete plinth.

    If casted plith is used, spring isolator is used to

    replace the neoprene pad.

    2.6 Properly align and connect condenser/chilled water

    pipe to the pump's inlet and outlet pipe complete with

    all necessary fittings and vavles. Ensure the pipe

    connection is using flexible joints to minimized the

    vibration transmission.

    2.7 Install the unit switchboard complete with all wiring

    and termination to all necessary equipment.
