Almost a century of forming experience and cooperation with our customers are incorporated in our VBH 4-roll plate bending rolls. The VBH is the best machine for both, cylindri-cal and conical bending.

The main features of our VBH rolls are the greater bottom roller pinching force (for short flat ends and optimum pre-bending) and the higher drive torque (for single pass process) to boost productivity. A winning combination for those looking for performance of the highest level.

The plate is automatically aligned against the side roll and then securely clamped between the two central rolls during the entire rolling process. Our exclusive HTT rolls driving system allows the best plate feeding and speed compensa-tion. The possibility to adjust the central lower roll by pres-sure allows a better versatility and increase the range of plate that can be rolled on the machine.

All models can be equipped with NC or CNC controls, from the simple, compact DIGIMATIC to the STRADIVARI® (unlimi-ted number of axis) there's a PARMIGIANI control for nearly every application. All softwares are in-house developed by Parmigiani technicians with great experience in plate rolling.

The STRADIVARI® control is the most advanced CNC Control today available in the market with Automatic program mode (”Self programming”) for single radius and multi radius shapes starting from bending wizards. Flying production to perform the most complicated bending operations.

The STARDIVARI® now incorporates the 3D-ROLLCAD®, a real 3D CAD SOFTWARE, fully integrated in the CNC, that automatically creates the bending sequence from a drawing. And much more...

Advanced 4-roll Plate Bending Rolls

Absolute pre-bending precision is one of the main features of our PCO roll.

All three rolls are moving independently one from the other, the lower rolls move on a horizontal axis, the top roll moves on a vertical axis. In this way it is possible to adjust the distance between the bending points and roll either heavy and light thickness thickness plates.

The PCO machine gives you the possibility to prebend perfectly any plate, working “like a press” and always main-tain the plate horizontal allowing to run the rolling opera-tions in complete safety. The machine is also equipped of last generation brakes that avoid any plate slipping.

The peculiar geometry of the PCO roll makes it possible to bend heavy thickness plates just by increasing the centreline between the two lower rolls, in this way it is possible to have a heavy duty machine with a smaller frame compared to a traditional 3 or 4-roll plate bending rolls. Plus the PCO machine does not need foundations even for heavy thick-ness plates due to the reduced working height.

The PCO rolls are famous for their precision due to the PPS parallelism system that guarantees the perfect alignment of the rolls even after years of heavy work.

The PCO roll can be equipped with all options available on the traditional rolls such as: motorized roller feeding tables, plate centering system, CNC control.

3-roll Variable Axis Plate Bending Rolls

The TBH is a pyramid design plate roll with independent adjustment of the two lower rolls on inclined sliding guides. This allows to pre-bend and roll both plate edges with only one insertion (no need to remove and turn the plate). The three rolls drive assures the best plate feeding also when rolling thin plates and the large opening between the top and lower rolls increases machine flexibility.

The TBH bending machines are equipped with the exclusive Parmigiani Parallelism System (PPS) for rolls parallelism con-trol (closed ring type).

The PPS assures the max precision in rolls positioning also after several years of intensive work.

Linear sliding guides with antifriction material (AVG System).

All rolls, mounted on spherical roller bearings, are driven by separate hydraulic motor for each roll.

The PLANET SECTION BENDING MACHINES are the result of more than 85 years of improvement and innovations.

The rolls special design avoids section shape deformation and allows fast production and easy handling even in respect of the tightest bending tolerance.

Fully hydraulic drive with the greatest drive torque of any comparable machine. Starting from model Planet 20 the rolls driving is operated by 3 low speed hydraulic motors and 3 planetary reduction gears.

The PLANET have the largest, most powerful guide rolls avai-lable on the market. The six way adjustable design assures the best guiding of the section in and out coming the ben-ding rolls. Mainly used for avoiding shape deformations of asymmetric sections, calibrating the bending radius and enlarging a too small diameter. The six-way design can be effective in many other rolling operations.

The PARMIGIANI HDC Rolls press are Wing Edge and Fusela-ge Skin bending machines specially designed for meet the aircraft industry's demand.

The main features of our HDC rolls are the great flexibility and the high working precision.

The machine is equipped with 3 small diameter bending rolls: The top roll is vertically adjustable; the lower rolls are horizontally adjustable independently one from the other. All 3 rolls are supported in different points by support rolls in order to avoid their deflection.

This allow to obtain very tight bending tolerance, also on very long pieces.

The possibility to adjust the upper roll by pressure allows a better versatility and increase the range of plate that can be rolled on the machine.
