Promoting The Bands OverviewWhat Does Mervilton Records Do? We seek to evaluate new artist that provides passion in

their craft which embraces the masses in longevity exposure through the use of radio, online music, TV /Film/ Video Games for place opportunities for music licensing thru our distributors to hundreds and thousands of online music stores around the world. With the use of global sub-publishing deals from our publishing partner (SUGO Music Group). Artist that write their own music and are affiliated with a pro rights organization societies like ASCAP and BMI around the world. Show a lot more value.

We promote artist with different styles of genre of music that range from Rock Alternative, Pop, Hip Hop/Rap, R&B/Soul, Reggae, Folk Country, Rock&Pop, Instrumental, Gospel and Latin music. Anything that can be marketable we will look into those artist. And see about if we can work with them.

Our publishing contracts carry a 5 year exclusive. With 2 years artist have to commit themselves to the label. The other 3 years are optional.

track our unsigned artist and report back with actual reports from our distributors on their success.

We have exclusive and non-exclusive deals with these distribution companies that include from Believe Digital, Sugo Music Group, Ditto Music, AWAL , KVZ Music Ltd. and RouteNote.

By the end of 2016 our publishing partner SUGO MUSIC GROUP. Will be tracking extra-terrestrial radio stations that includes AM&FM stations. Every song that is register with SUGO MUSIC GROUP is register with Soundexchange. And every song known as works are then registered with BMI or ASCAP pro rights societies thru our sister publishing companies ‘T J C Communications Publishing BMI/ Tonda Kiesi Lee Enterprise Publishing ASCAP and with SUGO MUSIC GROUP our publishing partner under El Granada Music Publishing BMI/ Nens Music ASCAP.

1.    To become the premier record label company for all types music, based online, television and radio, within 6 months and solve the present problem for musicians, bands and artists to get their music noticed. 2.    To have our A&R reps connect with musicians to our record label.

3.   Maintaining the Record Label website. This will generate sales by artists and bands monthly marketing sales, along with area for bands to sell their music.  This site will be marketed online to increase exposure of company and artists to result in even greater sales.

Mervilton Records' marketing strategy recognizes the fact that the value with our service is intrinsically based on their reputation within the music community. Mervilton Records needs to be known as a premier record label with the use of it’s publishing companies, creating a compelling reason for bands and artists to sign up with them.

Mervilton Records will develop their industry visibility through the release internet, radio, television and print. The goal of these is to get the word out quickly about

Mervilton Records. This will assist in securing their member bands. This will be done through aggressive networking. Mervilton Records will be in close contact to who's who in the music scene from bands and management to other record labels.

Bands are already being secured and Mervilton Records marketing strategy is to plug the bands as much as possible. This again will be done by leveraging all of their networking and promotion tools and contacts. One effective way that we will be marketing artists is to line up as many live shows as possible. For a local scene, it is very important for the bands to be performing quite often, this is the fastest way that demand is generated within a specific community regarding a band. Once the shows have been lined up, Mervilton Records will be speaking to local radio stations and newspapers to get the word out. While this takes time and effort, our passionate effort will assist us in becoming a viable company with dedication and hard work.

Jocelyn Beauvil, Principal Owner, Sponsor Director Owner of Mervilton Records formerly with Def Jam/Universal. With five albums to

his credits a.k.a. as Luko Adjaffi Devine has sold more than 1.2 million. Performing places live during his Brazilian tour and touring across the the United States from 2007-2010.

Fluent in English, French Spanish and Creole he artfully weaves French and English through his lyrical ballads. Many of his songs are written and sung in French. Many critics and fans see Bob Marley’s spirit in his eclectic fusion of ballad, reggae, Caribbean style music.

Luko is also a savvy business man. That understands how the business is run. With a bundle amount of contacts and business in New York City. Luko brings a

strong knowledge of the music business. A former artists that was signed onto Universal/Def Jam Distribution.
