Synopsis: At the foot of the Jura Mountains, PA, aged 17, and his gang of friends are in their last year at high school. 400 feet below ground, the Large Hadron Collider enables scientists to discover previously unknown particles. As the area slips into wintertime, PA starts to realize the world around him is on the move. He starts seeing things glow, abnormalities in the landscape, tiny alterations in a familiar ecosystem.

Synopsis:Joëlle (Jeanne Balibar) and Kamel Mrabti (Ramzy Bédia) are key members of the staff of Montfermeil’s new mayor, Emmanuelle Joly (Emmanuelle Béart), while also in the process of divorcing. The whole staff works together on the implementa-tion of a wacky new policy that features the creation of the Montfermeil Intensive School of Languages, where seven of the sixty-two languages spoken in this town on the outskirts of Paris will be taught. Other measures include how to slow city rhythms, the art of the siesta, development of population movement, sexual satisfaction support, restructu-ring the local trade in marijuana/vegetable baskets, teaching Mathematics in Arabic in kindergarten, and fruit tree grafting in Bondy forest.The policy is a great success in revitalizing the town but life is no less complicated for the mayor’s staff. Joëlle and Kamel are at war with each other, and each in love with a mysterious blind dates. The mayor is headed for a nervous breakdown; her secretary exhausts herself learning Malian Mandinka out of love; Jim, the very close friend of deputy mayor Delphine Souriceau, is arrested and detained in a local motel around the corner.What’s more, shadowy traitors in the administration seek to sabotage Ms. Joly’s good work. Suspicions fall on Kamel...
