CONCEPT
The head Sommelier of the Hôtel Metropole Monte-Carlo will escorte you for a private visit to
the domain of the Château Roubine, seeing the grape varieties, visiting the cellars and tasting
a selection of wines. You will then enjoy lunch with the owners.

For clients fond of oenology, this is a must. Every season, your visit will change according to

Throughout the year, Patrick Mesiano, Head Pastry Chef at the restaurant Joël Robuchon
Monte-Carlo opens the kitchen doors to children from 6 to 10 years old. They can create any
treat their hearts desire, and discover the joys of baking. On the program: cupcakes and
customizing a chocolate egg.

On the program, a private visit of the Monte-Carlo Casino, a fly-over in a helicopter before
stopping at Yoshi, the Hotel’s Japanese restaurant, for lunch. In the afternoon, discover the

massage in your room, followed by a candlelit dinner by Joël Robuchon on the terrace of the
