Matthew, I can’t recall the last time I changed my mind on something like this, but I feel I have to in this instance. I was trying to simplify the process by not having you go back to the grantor with an edit. But, either that or we will have to issue a memo prohibiting ad/pub. The better solution is to have you change paragraph 2 to the way it was supposed to read. Or I can help you do it. Let me know if you need help. Change the text, have them initial and then Production needs to initial. Then scan back to grantor and to us on this email chain. Thanks, Misara

Rider to Location Agreement, dated January 15, 2014 Production Title: The Blacklist This Rider, dated January 15, 2014, is attached to and incorporated into
the Location Agreement of even date by and between Woodridge Productions, Inc. (the “Studio”) and The Andrew Solomon 2009 Trust, Attn: John Habich - Solomon, 18 West 10th Street New York, NY 10010 (the “Undersigned”) (the “Location Agreement”). If there is a conflict between this Rider and the Location Agreement, the terms set forth in this Rider shall control.
Studio and the Undersigned hereby agree as follows: 1. Production Company shall provide the Undersigned with not less than six
photographs of the set that the Undersigned may use in its promotion of the Property. The Undersigned shall not release these photographs to the media or put them on a website sooner than two years after Studio’s production is released.
2. Studio shall hire bonded art-movers, experienced in handling large
artworks, to move the photograph in the living room and the tables in the hallway, among other works, as directed by the Undersigned. If artwork needs to be moved, Studio shall hire Gander & White or another art-handler approved by the Undersigned. The rights granted by the Undersigned do not include the right to reproduce copyrighted artwork in the Property.
3. Studio shall name the Undersigned as an additional insured on Studio’s
Commercial General Liability policy. Studio shall provide the Undersigned with a Certificate of Insurance on or before the December 4, 2013. This Certificate of Insurance must be acceptable to the Undersigned in its sole judgment in all respects and shall provide liability coverage for not less than $3 million for one occurrence and $5 million for all occurrences. If said Certificate is not acceptable to the Undersigned, the Undersigned may so advise the Studio and may terminate this Agreement after providing reasonable opportunity to cure.
4. Studio shall pay a Security Deposit of $10,000, payable upon signature of
the Location Agreement. The Security Agreement shall be non-fundable regardless of whether Studio utilizes the Property. The undersigned shall return the Security Agreement to Studio five days following the Shoot Day if the Property has not been damaged, the amount due has been paid in full, and the Undersigned has not incurred other costs or expenses attributable to Studio’s use of the Property.
5. The right to enter the Property and to film or digitally record in the
Property shall not be deemed to grant to Studio the right to copy, display, exhibit or photograph any artwork located in or outside the Property. The Property manager, Jacob Gurland-Pooler ([email protected]) can provide the Studio with contact information for the artists whose works are displayed on the first floor, as well as some others.

6. In addition to the amount set forth in the Location Agreement, Studio shall (a) make a donation to the West 10th Street Block Association in the amount of $2500. Such amount shall be made payable to the West 10th Street Block Association by check and shall be delivered to Vicky Polon, [email protected], on or before the Shoot Day; (b) pay to the Property manager, Mr. Gurland-Pooler, the sum of $50/hour for each eight-hour day or partial day, and $75/hour for each hour or partial hour in excess of a eight hours that Studio is at the Property for Prep, Shoot, Strike or Re-shoot days; and (c) pay Celso Mancol and his staff for cleaning services the sum of $500 per preparation or shooting day.
7. Studio’s location prop, equipment, dressing, meal and other large vehicles are not to be parked on West 10th Street. They may be parked on Fifth Avenue or elsewhere subject to Studio’s obligation to comply with all parking regulations and permits. If Studio parks any vehicles on West 10th Street, they should be parked to the east of the Property. No Studio vehicles shall be parked to the west of, and on the same side of the street as, the Property.
The Studio and the Undersigned hereby agree to the terms of this Rider.
