BENEFITS• ICICI Premium cardmembers are eligible for a Complimentary Hype Platinum Tier Membership. • This complimentary membership is applicable for a period of 1 year from the date of issuance• Free pickup* & transfer* for all self-drives (25 Kms radius from our garage - at the time of booking please check

with our team if the pick up / drop is within city limits) *Please check at the time of booking if your pickup /drop location is within city limits/ serviceable limits.Bookings

must be made at least 4 hours prior to pick up time.Bookings for the same day can be made only before 7pm. Any booking made after 7pm will be considered only post 10am the next day.

• The Cardmember is eligible for a 20% discount on all cars and on all drives from second booking onwards during the offer period. (Applicable only on Basic rental. Doesn’t apply on extra hours, Extra Kms,Security deposit, Driver Batta or Tolls & Taxes)

• Second booking onwards, cardmembers will have a choice between the two options on mutually exclusive basis for all transactions i.e. the Cardmember can either avail the above mentioned credit amount or can avail the 20% discount. This offer cannot be clubbed with any other ongoing offer.

• The offer is applicable as long as the Cardmember holds an active ICICI Credit/Debit Card. • Priority car organization, issue redressal and refunds. Banks might take additional days to reflect it in your account

statements. (In case of any claims Damages, extras, the refund may get delayed). For further details, please refer to the complete T&Cs of Hype.

• Membership is valid at all places in India where Hype operates.• Zero Cancellation* & Rescheduling# charges.

*All cancellations must be made at least 4 hours prior to pickup/ drop time through phone/email. Otherwise the credit for the month will be foregone. No shows will attract 100% cancellation fee#Rescheduled booking can be within 12 months of the original booking date.

TERMS• HYPE reserves the right to revoke the membership in case of any conflict of interest or abusive behavior from the

customer• Cars are as is condition and subject to availability. More lead time is always suggested for better availability. • Only the cars available in each category will be available for that particular type of driving. (For example: not all

chauffeur-driven cars can be given out for self-drive by law)• Unauthorized usage of the scheme may result in cancellation of the membership without prejudice.• Companion riders to avail the benefits must be pre-registered at the time of subscription and must establish

identity at the time of booking and delivery of cars. Additional members list can be changed only once a year or upon change of social status, based on HYPE’s explicit approval.

• Cars cannot be used for Wedding Decorations, Adventure Trips, Action Film shootings, or to travel across Indian Borders.

• Benefits cannot be carried forward to the next year. • This T&C may change from time to time and customers are requested to verify before making any selections.• All customer data and journey details will be 100% confidential and will not be shared with any external agency

whatsoever.• The cardmember will be enrolled in the Platinum Tier Hype membership when they register and make their first

transaction on HYPE dedicated links shared on the communication mailer.
