Prepared a map of our District and highlighted the most potential areas for formation
Innovative steps to trigger Growth through Extension
• Shared the District map with identified places with the Membership Team and Presidents and asked them for their inputs.
• Invited senior Rotarians to volunteer as GSR for such clubs identified in the list. When conceived , the initial list had 62 potential clubs now the list has reached 105 potential clubs.
• Developed a unique reporting mechanism based on thrust areas where on entering the data for that month, it immediately highlights the strengths & weaknesses
of the clubs.
