1. Invoice issued within the first 90 days of each (payable within 30 days)

2. Friendly written reminder after 30 days (Cc’ing Regional VCs)

3. Members not paid by July 1st become members’ not in good standing (no right to vote, bid to host WITSA events, or run for any open WITSA offices or committees)

4. (July 1-Dec. 31) WITSA Secretariat & WITSA Vice Chairmen contacting non-paying members by email, in person, or by phone

5. List of delinquent members to the WITSA Membership Committee. Membership Committee recommendations to the Board for approval (termination of membership or continuance of remedial actions)

Gambia: ($250) Owes several years. Offer to pay 2013 dues to “re-join”. Poncelet trying to get association finances in order; Will make effort to pay Jan.’14 (not possible earlier). Note: Association has not been active in WITSA, although Poncelet is an active participant in international conferences (UN, ITU, IGF)

Zimbabwe: ($250) Owes ’13. Initially indicated would pay in May. No response since (Aug/Nov reminders)Note: After years of economic turmoil, COMSA participated at WCIT2012.

Afghanistan: ($250) Owes ’13. 11/1: Omar Ansari he would pay the invoice promptly. Note: Omar is a BOD member and is active in WITSA.

Morocco: ($500) Owes ’10-13. Ms. Soufiane Idrissi indicated on 4.19 that would pay asap. No response since (May, Aug, Nov). 11/6 request ’13 must be paid by end year. Note: Jim & Anders call with management to get them engaged.
