Hello delegates! I am so excited to be your director for the Illuminati: Confirmed at FLCS VII this year. I am a junior political science and history major here at the University of Florida and have been involved in Model UN since my freshman year. I am so excited to be participating in my third FLCS. I am looking forward to working with each and every one of you to bring this conspiracy to life. Secret societies and conspiracies have always intrigued me. People around the world spend hours upon hours connecting the tiniest and most insignificant details into a web of theories that appear to pull back the curtain and expose some of the inner workings of the world leaders. These webs can become some of the most intricate and deep explanations for current events that we sometimes do not understand. Because of this interest, I wanted to create a committee that brought alive one of the biggest conspiracies, the illuminati.

The illuminati has long been one of the most widely circulated conspiracy theories. It has been connected to almost every nation, leader, and event. While it has an actual basis in history, as a secret secular society in the 18th century, the organization has taken on a life of its own. While many people talk about the illuminati as a joke, there is no doubt that many people believe that there are things going on in the world of the elites that no one knows about. This committee will deal with a world where a small organization of the most influential people have nearly limitless power, the likes of which having never before been seen. Taking it one step further, no one knows for a fact that all of these people are working together pulling the strings behind the scenes of every significant event in recent history, adding a level of difficulty of retaining anonymity when acting on behalf of the organization.

This year’s theme, “History Shapes Reality” connects right into this committee. Both the historical society, secretive nature of some of the top ruling bodies, and distrust on the government in the past has lead to such conspiracies that attempt to pull back the curtains and help us understand the people and process that make world changing decisions. While this may seem like a crazy conspiracy, this committee will work with real world issues, such as the potential break up of the EU, the loss of confidence in the UN, the rise of far right leaders in various countries, and other world problems. I hope that delegates come away being able to look at politics in terms of the world and the “big picture”. In a time of high globalization, nearly every nation’s actions affect every other nation, as delegates will soon find out when attempting to control it all.

This is not a traditional committee in the sense that it is based in a firm historical past. Instead, lean heavily on the background guide to frame the conspiracy and lead you as there are many different ideas out there as to what the illuminati really is. However, outside research into the various conspiracies surrounding this organization is highly encouraged. Other research into the individuals in the committee and the various institutions and systems that you will be dealing with (such as the UN and EU) will be vital to your success. Best of luck! The Illuminati: Confirmed FLCS VII

Introduction

The internet is filled with many conspiracies regarding a wide

range of topics. One of the most prominent conspiracy theories involves

the secret society called the Illuminati that is said to run the world

covertly. The Illuminati is a real organization that has been behind events

such as the French Revolution and the assassination of John F Kennedy.

Even with the continuing popularity of the conspiracy, the Illuminati has

been able to successfully keep their members and missions a secret from

the world.

The ultimate goal of the Illuminati is to one day create a single

world totalitarian government, called the New World Order (NWO). The

organization is currently closer than ever before, but recent global trends

such as a rise in nationalism, distrust among former allied nations, and an

increase in xenophobia has put this goal out of reach. This crisis has

caused the creation of the most powerful executive board the organization

has ever assembled to lead the Illuminati out of this threat and closer to

the NWO.

Due to your status as a powerful and influential person in today’s

world and proven loyalty to the Illuminati, you have been chosen to

become part of the Illuminati’s executive board. The executive board

controls the entire organization, its members, and its vast resources. The

following information that you will read is a classified report compiled by

fellow members of the Illuminati since its inception and specifies both the

history and the current situation of this elite group.

History of the Illuminati

In May of 1776, the Illuminati was founded by college professor

Adam Weishaupt in modern-day Germany at the University of Ingolstadt.

Although Weishaupt was not against religion, he believed that it was no

longer sufficient to guide society because religion did not allow for the

kind of freedom of ideas that he thought was best for an enlightened

society.1 He, therefore, wanted to center the organization around secular

ideas and concepts that would help to govern the world better.2

Weishaupt believed that this thinking would provide freedom “from all

religious prejudices; cultivate the social virtues; and animate them by a

great, a feasible, and speedy prospect of universal happiness” (Adam

Weishaupt).3 The group created was similar to the Freemasons of the time

as they were both male-only secret societies that encouraged enlightened

thinking and became shrouded in conspiracies. The early Illuminati met

secretly with just five members and initially grew slowly because the

process to join the Illuminati required new members to be approved by all

current members, have considerable wealth, and possess connections to

the most elite aspects of society.

Within six years, it was rumored that the group grew to more than

600 members, including some of the most elite men in Bavaria such as

Baron Adolph von Knigge and Mayer Amschel Rothschild, an extremely

wealthy banker who initially funded the organization. In 1784, the group

had amassed thousands of members. Inevitably, there were conflicting

ideas regarding simple things such as what procedures the group should

adopt when running meetings, which was worsened when members

began leaking information about the beliefs of the group; including leaks

that stated that the group despised religion and they wished death on

those against them. There is no proof that either of these claims was ever

substantiated, but it still led to the issuance of an edict in Bavaria stating

that no organization not permitted by the government would be allowed,

followed by an edict that specifically named the Illuminati. To make

matters worse, police found Illuminati documents that defended suicide,

abortion, atheism, and other damning positions.1

This is where historians believe that the Illuminati found its

demise.

The Illuminati Goes Deeper Underground

Following the disaster in Bavaria, Weishaupt knew that he had to

alter the Illuminati and start over if he wanted the group to survive, so he

moved to France with ten of his most loyal members where the small

group devised a plan to make the Illuminati so secretive and powerful

that they would one day be able to create the “New World Order.” The

New World Order would bring all existing governments under the

leadership of one government, the Illuminati. It was this new desire for

world dominance that differentiates the once peaceful group of

freethinkers from the modern day Illuminati. Equipped with a new and

more aggressive mission, the Illuminati began to amass members all over

the world and influence powerful nations, all in hopes of one day creating

one world under their control.

Common Misconceptions

Since the Illuminati is surrounded by so many conspiracies and

folklore, it is important to know what the Illuminati is NOT. While many 4

claim that the elites of the world are lizards who take the form of humans

attempting to rule Earth, the Illuminati has absolutely nothing to do with

shape-shifting alien lizards. The Illuminati has never been a part of mass

killings such as genocide or terrorist attacks. Founded as a free-thinking

society, the Illuminati is wholly against the mass murder of innocent

people, and while many horrific world events have been said to be the

work of the Illuminati, it is not true. Any actions encouraging acts such as

these will not be tolerated or entertained at any point by any member.

Illuminati Orchestrated Events

It is impossible to chronicle all of the historical events that the

Illuminati has had their hand in, as the thousands of members all over the

world work every day to make the NWO a reality, but it is still important

to know how some of the crucial events carried out by the Illuminati have

shaped the world we live in today. For instance, following World War II

the Illuminati was concerned that if the United States was the only nation

with nuclear capabilities that they would be more willing to use them and

could singularly take over organizations that were in the development

process, such as the UN, rendering them a failure before they began.

Therefore Klaus Fuchs, a German scientist involved with the Manhattan

Project was instructed to leak bomb secrets to the Soviet Union. While he

was convicted of espionage, he may have saved the world from further

nuclear disaster and a much too powerful US.4 It is actions like these and

the ones below that have shaped the world we know today.

Founding of America

While it is widely known that the Founding Fathers of the United

States were Freemasons, it is little known that they were also members of

the Illuminati. When rumors began circulating that American colonists

had become discontented with England, the Illuminati believed that

through American independence they could create an entire nation run by

Illuminati members. Thomas Jefferson went to France on diplomatic

missions in the second half of the 1780s, and Weishaupt quickly brought

him in right as the Illuminati was beginning to rebuild its membership

under its new and more aggressive mission. This was the entrance the

Illuminati needed to grow and have influence at the start of a new nation.

To assist the revolution, the Illuminati worked to get the French to

assist the cause. Marquis de Lafayette was a French soldier that brought

tactical genius to the war, secured significant resources from France, and

was also a member of the Illuminati.5 The wealthy members of the

Illuminati, such as the Rothschild banking family and the Duke of

Orleans, were major financiers of the war by giving significant weaponry

and money to General Washington for use by his troops, funneled

through the French. Following the end of the revolution, Jefferson went

back to America and started to conduct the first American meetings of the

Illuminati. He brought in nearly every founding father, including

Alexander Hamilton, John Adams, and Benjamin Franklin.

The Illuminati believed that if they could control the States, then

they could prop the nation up and gain more power for their organization.

Through America, they would have an army and the legitimacy needed to

meet and negotiate with other world powers. Until

then, the members of the Illuminati wanted to test

out one possible way to run the world in the future:

federalism. They want to use the nation as an

experiment for a way to run the world, with the

states being each country and the federal

government being the Illuminati. As a nod to the organization that ran the

nation, the Illuminati symbol, the all-seeing eye, was placed on the

currency.

The French Revolution

Following the American Revolution, the French Revolution began

in 1787 as citizens became frustrated with the food shortages and overall

terrible conditions of the peasant class and the corruption of King Louis

XVI who spent lavishly while his subjects suffered.6 The Illuminati knew

that with monarch on the throne ordained by God, the NWO would not

be plausible because the monarchs would never step down. The Illuminati

needed a changing government, where ties between the rulers and the

ruled were severed every few years to get closer to the New World Order

so that it would not be noticed when members of the Illuminati took

control and shared powers with intergovernmental organizations. The

Illuminati began first exploiting the already tense situation by sending

their members to spread rumors of the King's further plans for corruption.

This caused riots and finally a full revolution. The leading Illuminati

member involved was Marquis de Lafayette. The revolution was messy

but resulted in the overthrowing of the monarchy and another member of

the Illuminati, Napoleon, took power. Napoleon’s reign marked the end of

the monarchy in France.

League of Nations and the United Nations

The Illuminati was behind the outbreak of WWI when President

Woodrow Wilson wired money to Gavrilo Princip to kill archduke Franz

Ferdinand in hopes that the post-war world would lead to a consolidation

of governments and a reason to create a multinational political

organization that would lay the foundation for a singular future

government. It was only successful in the latter, as the failed League of

Nations precipitated the creation of the United Nations.

The League of Nations was an Illuminati sanctioned idea by a

member, Woodrow Wilson, that was created to bring together formerly

warring nations to facilitate an open dialogue between governments and

ensure that peaceful solutions were explored before international conflicts

escalated to violence. Following World War I, the Illuminati hoped to take

a step further towards achieving the New World Order. The League of

Nations was far from a world government but would have caused nations

across the world to work together, bringing further centralization of

power to the world. Wilson failed to make the organization powerful

enough to prevent another world war because most members just ignored

the treatise and rules of the League and penalties that should have been

brought against violators failed to ever come to fruition.7 For example, in

the 1930s Japan invaded Manchuria, and the League responded a year

later by asking Japan to leave and was never able to issue any penalties

due to their lack of authority.8 However, it did help to create the United

Nations, which has been very beneficial to the Illuminati.

The United Nations, founded in 1945 with 51 nations signing the

United Nations Charter, successfully brought together most nations in a

peaceful forum for countries to air their grievances, work on international

issues, and collectively try to make the world a safer and less conflicted

place with less violence.9 The UN, unlike the League of Nations, has

tangible power to take action such as applying sanctions and sending in

security forces. The five nations (China, Russia, USA, UK, and France)

with veto powers in the Security Council, the most powerful body of the

UN comprised of 15 members that is tasked with ensuring international

security and has the authority to apply sanctions and authorize force, are

not only the five nations who won WWII, but are the nations who were

controlled by the Illuminati throughout the war. Franklin D. Roosevelt

(USA) and Winston Churchill (UK) were members of the Illuminati before

the war, and Charles de Gaulle (France), Joseph Stalin (Soviet Union), and

Chiang Kai-shek (China) were all recruited with the promise of coming

out of the war as victors. These leaders were supplied with information

from Germany and Italy by elite members of the Illuminati who were in

high levels of the government within those nations, which proved crucial

to winning the war. While it appears that these nations are currently

engaging in conflict a lot of the time, it is mostly a façade meant to distract

from workings of the Illuminati.

Intergovernmental Organization and the European Union

Intergovernmental organizations, treaties, and trade partnerships

bring nations together to find solutions to common problems. The African

Union, Organization of the Petroleum Exporting Countries (OPEC), North

Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO), International Monetary Fund

(IMF), World Trade Organization (WTO), and many other organizations

seem unrelated, yet they have all been created in order to encourage

nations to work jointly and give away their sovereignty in order to

prioritize the collective well-being of the individual. For example, nations

belonging to OPEC must adhere to certain prices and meet a quota of oil

production and are not allowed to make their own decisions regarding

this commodity, no matter their economy or needs.10 Power is slowly

being taken away and becoming more centralized under the guise that the

collective decisions will be stronger. These organizations are typically

created by the Illuminati through an orchestrated crisis that demonstrates

the need for nations to come together, such as World War II leading to the

UN.

The European Union (EU) is the biggest success story of them all.

The modern EU was founded in 1993 and is made up of 28 European

countries (with its predecessor called the European Economic Community

was founded in 1957) and has the most power over its members of any

international organizations. It has its own laws that nations must follow

(such as chemical restrictions or a number of refugees it must accept), a

collective high court system (Court of Justice of the European Union), has

centralized the banking of many members (Eurozone and European

Central Bank) and allows for the free movement of citizens between

borders. These nations are so intertwined that when Greece suffered the

economic disaster in the mid-2010s, it was made significantly worse

because it was unable to regulate its currency and economy on its own

properly.11 Member nations have given up the power to make their own

decisions because they believe that the greater collective well-being is

more important.

Citizens in the EU not only see themselves as a Swede, German, or

Frenchman, but also as a European. The Illuminati has had a hand in

making the European Union and many current leaders in the EU are part

of the Illuminati such as Angela Merkel and Emmanuel Macron.

However, early on and throughout the Cold War rumors were circulated

by European Illuminati members that other European nations were

planning to once again go to war. The threat alone caused members to

seek a more robust solution to prevent war. The rumors continued until

the powerful modern-day EU was created in 1993. Members were told to

end the rumors, so it seemed as if it was the EU that prevented war. This

is most progress towards the New World Order (NWO) that they have

accomplished so far.

The Revolutionization of Travel

The members of the Illuminati began to understand that one of the

most significant advancements they needed to take to achieve the NWO

was to connect people across borders. By connecting people, borders

would begin to blur, cultures would start to come together and blend, and

the world would be more inclined to come under one leader. To make this

possible, in 1902 Illuminati scientist Nikola Tesla delivered schematics to

Orville and Wilbur Wright in North Carolina for an early airplane that

Tesla had been working on for years after studying birds, kites, and car

engines. The men, both in their early thirties, had been experimenting

with flight but still were far from developing an actual airplane12. The

Illuminati believed that if they had these boys “invent” airplanes, then no

one would ever suspect that this was a crucial plan for the Illuminati. If

this technology had been connected to the Illuminati, the organization

worried that people would be hesitant to use it, thinking that it was a trick

or being developed for a dark hidden purpose, such as warfare. Members

at the time included heads of state and actors that normally would have

nothing to do with this type of science, and therefore they thought it best

that unknown brothers be the ones to bring this technology to the world.

After receiving these plans, the Wright brothers were able to build, test,

and revise Tesla's plans over the next year without ever knowing that they

were working for the Illuminati. To help the brothers continue to make

progress, money was anonymously sent to them throughout their lives

with specific instructions not to tell anyone, or it would not continue.

Other people were able to use this early technology as a starting point and

improve upon it to create what we know as the modern plane. Years later,

anyone was able to easily travel around the world and come into contact

with groups they had never met. As the movement of people began to

accelerate, pieces of cultures moved around the world as well. No longer

was food, language, or ideas found in one region, but throughout the

world. As time passed, a globalized culture began to form slowly, and

nations began to lose their uniqueness.

Connecting Computers

Even with the success of airplanes in connecting far away groups,

the Illuminati decided this was not enough. They wanted people to be

perpetually connected without the burden of traveling around the world.

This lead to the recruitment of Vint Cerf and Bob Kahn, computer

scientists and “Fathers of the Internet” who created the TCP/IP protocol in

the early 1980s, which is the communication function of the internet,

critical in connecting people. This piece of technology establishes a unique

identifier for each computer (IP Address) and then allows for a computer

to send out a signal and have another computer recognize it, receive the

data, and interpret that message. This allowed for computers to contact

each other and interact without having to be connected.13 This connection

allowed people from far away places to share information, photographs,

videos and interact as if they were in the same room. The technology

closed the spaces between cultures and nations. While it is common

knowledge that Cerf and Kahn were behind this technology, it has

remained undisclosed that these men were working on this as part of their

Illuminati mission. After creating the TCP/IP protocol, Cerf and Kahn

created a backdoor where connections between computers were sent to an

Illuminati database in Arizona, where communications were collected for

five years. With the upgrades that computers have received over the years

since the creation of the TCP/IP protocol, the databases have stopped

receiving any communication from computers through this method.

The Green Movement

The environmental protection movement has been around in some

form since the Industrial Revolution, but saw a distinct rise in popular

support in the 1960s in the United States with the "Hippie Movement."

The movement championed recycling, vegetarianism, and the

preservation of the natural environment.14 It was during the 1960s that the

Illuminati began to look at the movement and consider how they could

use it to their benefit. They realized that the environmental movement

was not about a specific race, religion, or gender, but about the world

itself. Instead of trying to create an organization, the Illuminati found it

more productive to help existing organizations succeed. They have

funneled millions of dollars to the Sierra Club, World Wildlife

Foundation, and the World Nature Organization and have given them

resources such as computers and free publicity under the guise of

anonymous charity. The Illuminati sees these groups as valuable because

these international organizations transcend borders and help to create a

sense that we are not citizens of a nation, but citizens of the world. With

this movement, people are connected not based on anything that could

separate them, but on one of the only things that remain universal. The

modern Go Green movement has taken the hippie movement and helped

to expand it to appeal to a larger group of people by connecting it to

issues that affect everyone, such as having clean air to breathe, making the

movement more powerful now than ever.

The Illuminati in the 21st Century

In the twenty-first century, the Illuminati is more active and

influential than ever before with over 7,000 current members in every

nation around the world lead by the powerful executive board. The

network is closer now than ever to realizing the initial goal of the

organization, creating an all-powerful world government called the NWO.

To keep down the right path, it is important to understand some of the

recent or current projects the members have undertaken in order to know

the tools you have now and what you may need in the future. While this

is not an exhaustive list, these are many of the most important workings in

the 21st century.

Snapchat

While Snapchat may seem like a harmless way to connect with

your friends, it has been doing the work of the Illuminati for some time

thanks to the recruitment of Evan Spiegel, the app's founder, and CEO,

early on in the app’s launch in 2011.15 Snapchat records and files the faces,

names, locations, voices, and associates of every user. This has created a

massive database not only on people but of the behavior of groups across

the globe so that the group can track the trends, actions, and sentiments of

people all over the world. For example, if the Illuminati is trying to start a

riot in Egypt and is unable to send in a member, they can use Snapchat to

get continual updates in real time. Also, the data can be analyzed and

used to anticipate world events such as how an election might turn out or

if a protest might turn violent and react before it happens. As more people

are using the app, the database is growing, and it is becoming a powerful

weapon for the group if they need to know information about the

behaviors or locations of people or groups.

The Department of Defense

The US Department of Defense has been experimenting with some

interesting technologies that can manipulate the weather and possibly the

human mind. General Mattis, the Secretary of Defense, has been a long

time Illuminati member and has given the organization access to many of

the secrets and technologies from within the US government.

Extremely Low Frequency (ELF) is a type of electromagnetic

radiation that the Department of Defense has been using to experiment

with mind control.16 When the waves are administered to a person, he or

she becomes susceptible to the person conducting the waves. The waves

interfere with the brain and can be stopped at any time. ELF can be

administered through many standard appliances such as phones, gaming

equipment, computers, and many other common household items. The

problem is that the Department of Defense is concerned that if people

become aware, that will begin to panic and cause public distrust of the

Department of Defense, rendering ELF useless. This concern is the reason

the Illuminati has not yet used ELF, even though it could if the situation

were to arise.

Another system is the High-Frequency Active Auroral Research

Program (HAARP), which is a program in Alaska that studies the

atmosphere but is said to be secretly controlling the weather and even

causing natural disasters. The HAARP system is so powerful that is said

to cause earthquakes, tsunamis, thunderstorms, and hurricanes. The

system can also be used to disrupt communication systems of entire cities,

crippling airport and all computer systems. For example, if there is an

important meeting of the Security Council that seems to be detrimental to

the Illuminati, HAARP could quickly shut down New York

communication systems or even cause a massive storm and disrupt the

meeting. Due to the conspiracies that surround this system, the

government seems to be considering ending the official program

permanently.17 The system has never yet been used but could be if Mattis

is given the approval.

Infiltrated Institutions

The Illuminati has long used covert infiltration methods, such as

bugging, blackmailing, and hacking to gain access to some of the most

guarded agencies and databases in the world. The Illuminati has been able

to obtain significant access into the organizations directly below.

● Amazon- The Illuminati was able to recruit and employ Gary

McKinnon (aka Solo), a legendary hacker who found himself into

systems the likes of NASA and the Defense Department.18

McKinnon was able to place a bug in Amazon's system that gives

the Illuminati all the purchasing information and internal emails

that the company contains. With this information, the Illuminati

can track global consumer trends and anticipate any moves the

company makes, such as its acquisition of Whole Foods. The

secrets gathered have helped increase the organization's wealth.

● American Congress- Apart from individual donations from

members of the executive board, the Illuminati has created Super

PACS such as Priorities USA Action and the Senate Leadership

Fund to help put members in office in exchange for political

favors.19 Both Mitch McConnell and Paul Ryan are members, as are

Nancy Pelosi and Chuck Schumer. This is not a coincidence, as

they have been members for years and are in their positions

because of the Illuminati’s power. The use of the media (CNN and

Grupo Globo), funding of campaigns, and having our members in

these leadership positions has made passing bills that favor the

Illuminati possible.

● Alphabet Inc- Alphabet Inc is the parent company of Google. In

2010 the Illuminati recruited Sergey Brin, president of the

company. He can influence the decisions at both Google and

YouTube20. In the past, he has secretly manipulated the search

Pelosi fraud investigation of 2014 is almost remembered by no one

because the results were manipulated to hide those stories and

promote those that painted her favorably. These are just the tip of

Brin's capabilities.

● Indian Parliament- Amit Shah, while not an internationally

recognizable name, is a vital member of India's political system. He

is the chairperson of the National Democratic Alliance and close

confidant of Prime Minister Modi. Most importantly, he is

president of the Bharatiya Janata Party, which currently holds

51.9% of the seats in the Indian parliament21. These positions of

power give Shah significant influence and knowledge of important

political matters. Shah is a member of the Illuminati and receives

generous donations from "anonymous donors."

● NATO- Jens Stoltenberg was recruited by the Illuminati in 1996

when he became the Minister of Finance for Norway. With the

help of the Illuminati, Stoltenberg was promoted to Labour Party

leader and Prime Minister.22 However, the executive board

decided that military information was crucial to the creation of the

New World Order. In 2014 Stoltenberg took over as Secretary

General of NATO. He is now able to pass on military information

on many of the NATO member states to the Illuminati.

● OPEC- Saudi Arabia, a current member of OPEC, has the second

highest amount of proven reserves following Venezuela. The

Ministry of Energy, Industry, and Mineral Resources is in charge

of Saudi oil, with Khalid A. Al Falih in charge of this ministry.

Additionally, he is the chairman of the Board of Directors of Saudi

Aramco, the national Saudi Arabian gas and oil company. As the

with OPEC. As a member of the Illuminati, he continually updates

the executive board and in the past has tried to work against

natural energy. As long as nations are dependent on OPEC nations

for oil, they are forced to trade and interact on the world stage and

cannot isolate themselves completely.

As the executive board progresses through their mission, it may

become necessary to infiltrate other organizations. This can be attempted

by many of the methods mentioned above such as recruiting high-level

officials, bugging offices, blackmailing members of leadership, or even

paying a hacker to obtain documents illegally. Due to the compelling

nature of the members of the executive board, many institutions will not

need to be infiltrated in this manner, as members will be able to use their

influence to achieve many of the board's goals.

Other Members and Recruitment

Actions taken by the Illuminati, however, do not always have to be

carried out by its members. One of the reasons the Illuminati has

remained a secret for this long is because most of the actions they have

taken have been done through non-members. With the vast wealth and

power of this organization, they can often get people to do what they wish

through other means while never revealing the motivation for their

actions.

For example, former executive member Elvis Presley often gave

signed records to his manager Tom Parker to deliver to particular "fans"

that had written to him but were paid to transport the records to others.

These records, which contained verbal instructions for the Illuminati's

assassin, Lee Harvey Oswald, to kill the president in Texas (following a

report that JFK's recruitment had failed and he instead wished to oust the

organization). If Elvis had given Oswald these instructions directly, he

would have undoubtedly been implicated during the investigation that

followed. Additionally, former executive board member J Edgar Hoover

would look up sealed juvenile records and threaten to leak them if

individuals refused to perform a task, such as deliver a message or bug a

particular room. Actions like these are how most missions are completed

Extremely rarely will a task have to be done by a member in

person. It is of the utmost importance for each member to use whatever

tactics necessary to complete tasks without direct contact. The least

amount of communication between members outside the bunker possible

is crucial.

Remaining Secret

The Illuminati’s entire operation would fall if the world discovered

their missions, goals, members, and illegal tactics. While the organization

has vast power and wealth and can do almost anything that they wish in

the world, they are limited by the necessity of remaining covert. With the

vast illegal workings of every member of the organization, it would only

take a small piece of credible information to leak, such as a successful

mission, a member's name, or even future plans to cause the toppling of

the entire organization and its members. If the members of the group are

revealed or it the missions and goals are leaked, everyone involved will be

immediately tracked and arrested by the FBI. The New World Order will

never become a reality. The wealth, power, and resources accumulated

individually and together will be destroyed. Therefore, above all else,

even the New World Order, the Illuminati's job is to keep their actions off

the radar. 20

It also must be remembered that most members of the executive

board are high profile celebrities. When you go out in public, even to

complete a simple task such as getting gas, the media notices. It is

imperative that when going out to do work for the Illuminati, everything

fits into their public persona and nothing seems out of place. If meeting

someone, specifically another member of the Illuminati or someone they

have sent out on a mission, everything has to seem normal. A superstar

wouldn't be seen in the alley waiting for someone, and a head of state

can't simply roam the streets at night alone. This would seem out of place,

and questions would be raised. Members don't have to stay away from

each other, but they must have a reason and cover prepared if questions

are asked. One slip-up could put the entire organization at risk.

The Illuminati’s Mission

What the Illuminati

wants currently differs slightly

from the intellectual mission of

the founders. The Illuminati

wants complete world control;

what they have termed the

New World Order. The New

World Order will consist of a nearly borderless world with the Illuminati

serving as international dictators. While uniting the world under a

singular all-powerful totalitarian government may seem far-fetched or

even impossible, the Illuminati has already infiltrated institutions and

caused disruptive world events that once also seemed impossible.

The United Nations, European Union, NATO, and numerous other

intergovernmental organizations have brought nations under the power

of one organization in exchange for their sovereignty.23 Due to innovations

such as the internet and fast travel, a trend towards a global and open

community is becoming more accepted. The Illuminati seeks to take this

trend even further by connecting people, blurring the boundaries between

cultures and promoting a globalized culture, and propping up

multinational corporations and intergovernmental organizations that

prioritize the collective over the individual. The work has already begun

through the promotion of international superstars, television shows, and

movies that aren't unique to one nation, the continuing surge of social

media, and the public and private, governmental lobbying from the

Illuminati's members to make it easier for corporations to work over and

through borders. While the Illuminati has been hard at work propping up

current intergovernmental organizations, the plan is to one day combine

them into a super-government with complete sovereignty.

What Has Gone Wrong

For a long time, the executive board was pleased with the progress

being made towards the New World Order. More intergovernmental

organizations were being created, such as Asia Pacific Economic

Cooperation, and the ones already founded were doing well, such as the

EU.24 All evidence pointed towards the progression of a successful

mission. More nations were giving up power to belong to global

organizations, and the world was becoming more connected than ever

before. However, the tides began to change. Citizens around the world

began to become disillusioned with the current global system.

Nationalism rose throughout the world and caused an increasing number

of nationalist candidates to get on the ballot and even elected. The borders

are now more guarded and stricter than ever, with many nations closing

off once porous or even open

boundaries.25

Borders Divide More Than

States

There has always been a

trace of xenophobia around the

world, but it has only gotten worse

in recent times. This continues to

be a major roadblock for the

Illuminati. Civil wars and other

conflicts around the world have created a large number of refugees and

caused the world to come face to face with cultures and peoples that they

have never be in contact with before.26 Various terrorist attacks have

added to the fear that is felt all over the West, and as a result, many

nations have closed off their borders from those in need. While there have

been protests and marches that attempt to convince governments to allow

more people in, many still believe that society would be much better off if

refugees were left beyond the borders. The closing off of borders creates

further societal divides. To create a borderless world with one

government, societies need to stop viewing people who are different than

them as the enemy.

Disillusionment with Intergovernmental Organizations

Naturally, voters in countries throughout the world want more

power given to their individual country to make decisions that they feel

are best for them. More stable and wealthy

members of the EU have expressed

discontent because they feel as if they have

to pay for the misgivings of other, less

prosperous, member nations.27 Due to the

interconnectedness of the EU, when one or more nations fall into trouble,

it causes problems for all members, for example when Greece suffered a

severe economic downturn, the rest of the EU members were put at

economic risk. The disenchantment with intergovernmental organizations

produced tangible and detrimental effects to the ultimate mission of the

Illuminati. One of the most recent effects was when, in 2016, the United

Kingdom voted to leave the European Union. This was not just an isolated

event, as nearly all nations in the European Union have at least one

political party campaigning on leaving the EU or continually speaks

negatively about it. One such party, the National Front in France saw their

party’s presidential nominee come in second28.

The United States has been one of the major players in many of the

most important intergovernmental organizations and finances a large part

of their operating costs. However, the US has seen an increase in

protectionist rhetoric in recent years with slogans such as “America First”

and “Buy American, Hire American” becoming prominent and an

increased push for a renewed focus on the US as an isolated nation instead

of a world participant. President Donald Trump has stated his discontent

with many organizations such as NATO and the UN for taking the US’s

resources and sovereignty without providing sufficient benefits such as

military protection. This discontent pushes the idea that America should

not get entangled in the world, and it is more beneficial to focus internally.

If the US were to withdraw from these organizations, a huge part of the

organizations’ funding and support would be lost, making it impossible

for the remaining members to take over the US’s contributions to keep the

organizations alive.

Friends to Enemies

The Illuminati’s problems do not end with

intergovernmental organizations. Nations who had long enjoyed

partnerships with other nations have recently started to see their

relationships begin to become embittered. Scotland has long been

unhappy with their inclusion into the United Kingdom, but in 2014 a

referendum failed that would have granted Scottish independence. The

conflict is not over, however, as another referendum could be coming

soon due to the desire of many Scottish citizens to remain in the EU29. The

US and Europe have long been some of the strongest allies. Western

International Powers have successfully worked together on some issues

and with a number of organizations, such as NATO and during the

Korean War. However, it appears as though that relationship may be

growing tense. President of the United States, Donald Trump, has already

expressed displeasure with the fact that he thinks the United States is

giving up too many resources for the benefit of the world compared to

other nations, who could do more according to him. This was one of the

causes of the US pulling out of the Paris Climate accords, criticizing the

NATO alliance, and talking about defunding the UN, upsetting many of

the European nation’s leaders. Angela Merkel stated, “at this current point

in time is that there are more reasons than there even were before to take

our fate into our hands in Europe.”30 With one of the strongest alliances in

recent history on the verge of

collapse, many nations could go

without significant defense and

important intergovernmental

organizations could lose funding.

The potential loss of the

UK/Scottish partnership and US/Europe alliance are only two examples,

but illustrate the increasing number of conflicts between powerful nations

across the globe This is also true for France, who has already made efforts

to close off their border after recent terrorist attacks. The US and Russia

are at odds over Russian tampering with US elections and the fallout

stemming from that which includes sanctions. The US and North Korea

are threatening war against each other, as North Korea continues its

weapons programs and tests. The nation of Qatar has been condemned by

Saudi Arabia and other Middle East nations for working with terrorists

and Iran. All of these various conflicts have progressively gotten more

severe and dangerous over the past few years, as the trend towards

conflict continues.

Where to Begin

Emergency Meeting of the Executive Board

The increased conflict and the seeming unwillingness for nations to

work together has created a crisis. Therefore the Illuminati has called an

emergency meeting of the executive board. The board must figure out

how to rectify the problem of the ever increasingly polarized and

isolationist world. They must do this while attempting to consolidate and

grow their power (both individually and collectively), accumulate more

wealth, place themselves in a position to take over once the NWO is

achieved, all while remaining an underground organization. This will be

no easy task. The Executive Board has already decided that they will

continue to meet regularly until an NWO has been achieved.

Meeting Location

The current meeting location is a bunker under the Denver Airport.

The airport has long been the source of conspiracy, partly because long

ago a mural was installed to mark the airport as the meeting location.

Since the inception of the Illuminati, multiple locations have been created

for the executive board's use. They were each marked with a large and

beautiful piece of artwork, such as the mural, to indicate to the members

where they were. Past Illuminati executive boards have met within Mount

Rushmore, under the Lincoln Memorial, under the "Bean" in Chicago, and

within Christ the Redeemer. However, in the age of technology and travel,

an airport is the perfect place because people are constantly moving in

and out and travel is the perfect cover to be at this location. In an effort to

preserve the anonymity of the Illuminati, no one must see everyone

coming in and out of the airport at the same time. Also, while carefully

hidden, the airport is a public place. Therefore, loud noises, tracking

devices, and anything that could alert people of your whereabouts could

be detrimental to the cause. If the airport becomes compromised, the

executive board will have to relocate while still keeping their distance

from one another quickly.

Key Illuminati Procedures

Master List of Members

While the most important and influential current members of the

organization are part of the Illuminati Executive Board (this committee),

there are many others out there. There is only one formal list of all

currently active Illuminati members, but to keep the organization and its

members safe, the list can only be seen in times of emergency for the

organization. However, if circumstances arise where the executive board

or individual members wish to find out if a certain person or group of

individuals are part of the Illuminati, they must submit a request to the

board's secretary through a crisis note, and the name will be confirmed or

denied immediately.

Recruiting New Members

Given the rapid development of international crises, the board may

agree to recruit new members. To do this, a formal recruitment document

must be passed with over half of present board members agreeing

(through a directive). Following the passing of the recruitment document,

the member will be immediately brought into the organization. The same

can be done to expel any non-executive members.

Getting Reports

A number of organizations that have been infiltrated are vast, with

more surely to come. While reports of activity in the organizations will,

from time to time, be reported to the executive board, the board can also

request an update or specific information from groups that have been

deemed infiltrated by a written request that is voted on by the committee.

This is also the same procedure for gather documents that the Illuminati

believes they should have access to, such as Verizon phone records or

Google search trends.

Any large action the committee or individuals take will have to be

under the guise of something else. For example, if there is a large sum of

money being paid to a politician from someone in the group, then there

should be a reason for that. If there is some coup or uprising, it must be

As a philanthropist, he travels around the world participating in humanitarian aid[3]. It is rumored that his philanthropy may be hiding the real cause of his travels and giving, perhaps to gain influence and favors with elites around the world.

4. David Mayer de Rothschild- a member of the renowned

Rothschild banking family. His family has always attempted to remain out of the limelight and be secretive. For years they have been subject to conspiracies regarding ruling the world. David has sought to steer away from these ideas by creating a cover as an environmental activist and adventurer while he maintains control over most of the Rothschild wealth and businesses.

5. Xi Jinping- President of China. His regime centralized power,

which afforded him most of the top positions in the government and party. Jinping wishes to expand China's influence. While it may appear to the outside world that he is nationalistic, he wants to assert regional hegemony to one day unite Asia in pursuit of the New World Order. His actions in the South China Sea are just the beginning of realizing this goal.

6. Jared Kushner- son-in-law of President Trump and his senior

advisor. Many have called him the “deputy president” because it has been reported that he has the full trust of the president and has therefore been given many presidential tasks. He enjoys vast influence over the president[4]. His jobs are many and include finding peace in the Middle East. This access and influence give him immense control over the presidency and American foreign policy.[5]

7. Julian Assange- Australian founder of Wikileaks. He uses his

platform to gather and expose tightly held government secrets to the public. He is also an excellent hacker. He has previously hacked into the Pentagon, NASA, as well as many others. With Wikileaks still releasing new documents all the time along with his unparalleled hacking abilities, no secret is safe[6].

8. Pope Francis- the current Pope and sovereign of Vatican City from

Argentina. He is regarded as being incredibly humble and focused on the poor. He is loved by most Catholics. Over 1.6 billion people adhere to the Catholic faith. His influence over these people is intense. He has also been shown to use his influence to attempt to

9. Jeff Zucker- President of CNN and former CEO of NBC. Under his

control, he has expanded the audience of CNN, especially towards the 25-54 age group. In an era of media distrust and "fake news" CNN is still trusted by many[8]. Zucker can influence the 24-hour programming, bringing what he deems important to the forefront and burying what he deems unnecessary all while trying to seem like a new source of integrity. He is also pushing increasing documentary like series on topics that he chooses.

10. King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud- King of Saudi Arabia. He is a

partial owner of a media group (SRMG) that he is rumored to run behind the scenes while others officially are in leadership. He also controls the country's oil. He is one of the most stable and powerful rulers in the Middle East. It has been rumored that he is working with the West to take further control of the Middle East.[9]

11. Mark Zuckerberg- chair and CEO of Facebook. He has arguably

done the most to bring the world closer together. With over 1 billion users, people are logging on from nearly every corner of the world and connecting to each other on the borderless platform. He has helped usher in an era of increasing information sharing, interconnectedness, and social media. His servers contain an unbelievable amount of information on people across the globe.[10]

12. Narendra Modi- Prime Minister of India. He has attempted to

liberalize India while bringing in larger foreign direct investments. He has aligned himself with people who are against Indian nationalism. He has strong ties with the global community. He regularly attends meetings with other world leaders. He seeks to modernize India while helping it become more entrenched in globalization. [11]

13. Roberto Marinho- Brazilian chair and CEO of Grupo Globo, the

largest media group in Latin America. With control over billions of dollars as well as TV stations, radio stations, newspapers, websites,

and magazines, he can oversee the way world events get translated to the masses. With his vast reach across South America, he has the ability to frame many world narratives and start discussions on a variety of topics.

14. Neil DeGrasse Tyson- One of the most well-known living

scientists. He is an astrophysicist whose word carries a lot of weight in popular culture. He is often asked to comment on many world events relating in some way to science. He also has television shows in which he discusses space and other topics. Because of his well-respected role in the public, people tend to believe whatever he has to say in regards to nearly every field of science. His explanations of complex scientific issues frame many national debates, in particular for the public[12].

15. Aliko Dangote- Nigerian owner of the Dangote group. He is the

richest man in Africa and does business with and in many African nations. This business puts him in contact with many of Africa's most influential leaders. He has, more than once, traded cast and resources for political favors. His influence in Africa is vast. Some of the nations where he has a connection with the government include South Africa, Ghana, Ethiopia, and Zambia.

16. António Guterres- The Secretary-General of the United Nations,

former United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees and Primer Minister of Portugal. As UNHCR, Guterres helped to resettle millions of refugees- a secret attempt to move populations around the world to blur borders and integrate varied people in a step towards the New World Order. He now seeks to create a more active and prominent role for the United Nations in the world, hoping to move away from independent action towards more collective solutions.

17. Emanuel Macron- President of France and former Inspector of

Finances in the Inspection générale des finances and investment banker. He understands the French and European financial systems inside and out. As a centrist, he is a proponent of the European Union as well as a stronger United Nations. With a strong wave of

18. Angela Merkel- Chancellor of Germany and leader of the Christian

Democratic Union party. Many believe that her position also places her as the leader of the fragile EU. However, this is not an official position. Merkel is a huge proponent of a stronger European Union. She is instrumental in attempting to keep the EU together and strengthening it. This is not an easy task following Brexit. As Chancellor for over ten years, she has collected countless political connections and favors that she is yet to cash in on. As the far right attempts to gain influence across Europe, she may have to go behind closed door to make deals and keep Europe together.[14]

19. Elon Musk- founder and CEO of Neuralink, Tesla, SpaceX, and co-

chair of OpenAI. As a prominent engineer and inventor, he has shown again and again that he is willing to test the boundaries of science and technology. It has been rumored that SpaceX is a front for the real goal of placing weapon systems and satellites into space for unknown clients. Additionally, his research into artificial intelligence has been met with hesitation regarding how it will be put to use if the research comes out successful.[15]

20. Charles Koch- chairman and CEO of Koch Industries, the second

largest private company in the United States. Koch also finances many institutions of education, gaining a small amount of influence over them with every donation. Aside from his vast wealth and business success, his power comes from his contributions to Republican candidates. This bankrolling of campaigns in every state at every level has placed quite a few politicians in his pocket.
