Feedback Structure

• Site Managers provide written feedback, using Jumpstart’s Observation & Feedback Form to all members within 48 hours of observation visit.

• Verbal feedback occurs immediately after the observation in most cases.

Performance Reviews

• Mid-year Performance Review – promotes continuous member improvement throughout term of service.

• End of Year Performance Review – provides snapshot of overall performance to be used for future employment, recommendations, and considerations for returning members.

Site Managers are trained on the performance improvement process, offered tools, guidance, and support.
