Dear Member: We are pleased to announce an upgrade to St. Mary’s Bank Online Banking and Bill Pay service effective November 3, 2015. Once complete, the upgrade will bring you a more convenient Online Banking service and one of the most reliable Internet-based Bill Payment services available! To access the upgraded Online Banking system on or after November 3. You need your Online Banking User ID and your temporary password (the last four digits of your social security number (SSN) or tax ID number). Please note, the first time you log in, you will see an unfamiliar security image. You will have the opportunity to select a new image as part of the set-up. 1. Enter your User ID. If you had an alpha-numeric User ID from the old system that began with a letter, it will work in the upgraded system. You may change your User ID to meet these requirements on or before October 30, 2015. Log into Online Banking and select the Preferences tab. (On or after 11/3/15, if your old User ID does not work on the upgraded system, we will reset your User ID for you. Please call 1-888-786-2791 or visit any branch.) 2. Enter your temporary password: the last four digits of your SSN or tax ID number. 3. Review the Online Banking Agreement. Upon acceptance, you will proceed to set-up. 4. Setup your security features as prompted to include security questions, personal identification image, and call-back number. Mobile Banking Users After you’ve signed into the upgraded Online Banking for the first time, you’ll be able to access Mobile Banking. Download or update the app on your device and log in. Alternatively, you may select mobile settings from the Preferences tab in Online Banking. Add your mobile phone, services provider, and select the accounts you’d like to see. Bill Pay Users All your payees and scheduled payments will be transferred automatically to the new system. Please take a moment to verify that your payees and scheduled payments are accurate. Make adjustments, or add new payees if you wish. eBill Users You will need to enroll in eBill. This easy step is just selecting which of your payees you’d like to include from the Bill Pay tab in Online Banking. To access the upgraded Online Banking system on or after November 3.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION, PLUS WHAT’S NEW OR DIFFERENT IN ONLINE BANKING & BILL PAY

User IDYou will need an alpha-numeric User ID that starts with a letter to access the upgraded system. If your current User ID starts with a number or contains a special character, you will need to change it on or before October 30, 2015 to be able to access the upgraded system after the upgrade.

To change your User ID: Log into Online Banking and select the Preferences tab.

Primary Owner or Joint Owner? – What you see in Online Banking & Mobile BankingYou will see all the accounts for which you are primary owner. Additionally, if you are joint owner on any consumer loans, you will also see these. If you are joint owner on an Equity Loan Mortgage Alternative, or any mortgage or commercial loan, you will no longer see this information in Online Banking. The primary owner will have these loans appear in their Online Banking account. Primary owner credit card balance information is now available as well. In Mobile Banking, you will see all deposit accounts and consumer loans as primary or joint owner.

Account Pseudo Names or NicknamesOnly some pseudo names or nicknames will be converted to the upgraded system. The primary account owner will be able to see and update account pseudo names (nicknames). Joint accounts and some loan account names will no longer have a pseudo name and cannot be changed.

AlertsYour alerts will carry forward to the upgraded system. And there are new alert options as well, including alerts via text message. You may change your settings to add text alerts on or after November 3, 2015.

Mortgage and Commercial LoansMortgage and Commercial Loan history will no longer be available in Online Banking going forward. You are able to make payments to these loans in Online Banking if you are the primary owner.

Account History Account history will build forward from the upgrade date.

• There will be up to 14 months of prior eStatements to reference.

• Individual check images are included in the prior eStatements.

Tip: you may download or copy and save your account history from the old system on or before October 30, 2015.

New Features• Send gift checks or make person to person payments in Bill Pay.

• Bill Pay functionality has been added to Mobile Banking (be sure to update your iPhone, iPad or Android app on or after November 3, 2015).

• Open an account inside Online Banking.

• Check out the Online Financial Management tool (My Finance tab in Online Banking), where you can manage your personal finances and pull in accounts from other providers. Manage and track your spending, set goals, create budgets and much more.
