Terms and Conditions of Membership: Please read the following:

• Total amount due must be paid in full prior to receiving membership privileges.

• For returning members, your card from 2018 will remain valid and you will not be issued a new one.

• Members are required to check in at the Proshop and present their membership card before every round (including replays),

photo ID may also be needed and present their green fee receipt to the starter.

• Management reserves the right to limit memberships at its discretion.

• Management reserves the right to book four players per tee-off time.

• Deer Creek North, Deer Creek South, Salem Ridge and Glen Cedars reserve the right to host golf tournaments.

• Management reserves the right to cancel a membership with or without a refund for just cause.

• CART FEES – Applicable cart fees are not included in the membership. Cart packages are available for members. Cart packages

are not refundable for any reason. A fee of $17.50 plus tax per person will apply for members choosing to use a golf cart. This fee is

for the member’s seat in the cart and does not include a cart fee for any guest playing with the member. Members are responsible

for explaining our club rules to their guests, as well as having them abide by these rules.

• Members must abide by the Dress Code at all times.

• Deer Creek members receive 40% off range baskets.

• Members must abide by our 48-hour cancellation policy for tee-times, and are thus responsible for payment of any tee times that

are not cancelled accordingly. This would include, for example, booking 4 players and only showing with 2 players.

• Members may not book tee-times for single players, but are welcome to join groups with less than 4 players.

• Deer Creek and Glen Cedars are not responsible for personal injury or damages to property.

• All memberships are non-refundable. Extenuating circumstances are dealt with on an individual basis.

• Members may book one tee time per day. Replays will be subject to tee time availability.
