Custom-built at MegaBox across five storeys of space,and equipped with giant screens and state-of-the-art digital surround-sound andprojection technologies, the IMAX Theatredelivers an entirely new theatre experienceby turning Hollywood movies, documentariesand adventures into revolutionary IMAXExperience.
Upon completion, MegaBox will host morethan 30 gourmet restaurants in an area of280,000 sq ft, two floors of which will be basedon a ‘Chopsticks’ theme featuring China’sprovincial cuisine. ‘Chopsticks’ also boastsdistinctive interior design themes. Located ontwo connected floors, ‘Chopsticks’ presents awarm and comfortable ambience set against abackdrop of vivid colours. Decorated in aChinese style featuring a chopsticks motif, theinterior design offers enough space to seat largenumbers of customers in the central area. It alsohas a large LCD screen showing cooking andgourmet programmes as part of the overallculinary experience.
The completion of MegaBox, coupled withGovernment’s plans for the redevelopment ofthe Kai Tak Airport site and other developmentsunderway at Kowloon Bay, will help brand this

Kerry Properties Limited is the developer ofMegaBox. The construction cost of the projectwill amount to HK$2 billion. The retaildevelopment is slated for completion by thesecond quarter of 2007.
