Welcome to MEGA Khimki

Despite several new retail centres opening their doors along the Leningradskoe Shosse, MEGA Khimki remains one of the district’s most popular shopping destinations, largely due to its location, well-designed layout and retail mix.

New tenants and constant improvements to the centre have significantly increased customer numbers. In the year 2011 alone several international brands, includingParfois, Converse, Geowash, McNeal, Six and American Eagle Outfitters chose MEGA Khimki as their point of entry to the Russian retail market.

Khimki exhibits quite dynamic population development. MEGA stands to profit from a projected increase of residents within its di-rect surroundings. In total, housing projects for about 18,000 residents will be complet-ed within the primary catchment area and for another 10,000 inhabitants within the secondary catchment area.
