E6 Radio Show Review Overall, when me and Nicole reviewed our radio show for E6 Radio, we thought it went really well because it was fluent and professional, however we agree that it could have been better if we used our planning time a little bit more wisely. We focused too much on writing down everything we wanted to say within our 1hour radio show which leads it to sound a little bit scripted when really we should have practiced communicating better to build our confidence. We held a focus group in class to allow all the other members of our media group to tell us their opinion on our show. Around 80% of our class said they liked our radio show and would listen to it again because they loved the genre and the vibe it gave off as it was a ‘Friday Feeling’ show and most teenagers love that as they’re getting ready to party all weekend. On the other hand, 20% of the group said they would rather it be based on other genres e.g. rock & indie, because that it the music they are into – this shows it’s mainly based on personal preference as they liked the organisation of it (the time and day that it aired and the speech elements e.g. talking about festivals), but the music wasn’t up their street so it’s hard for them to enjoy it on a whole. My personal opinion was that although the radio show was a success, it would have been better if I myself showed more confidence when I was speaking. On the other hand I think I did well on the mixing board fading songs in and out etc. I think Nicole did better than me with the speech side of things as she sounds a lot more confident which is more professional. As part of the feedback, I created a questionnaire on a website called https://www.surveymonkey.com/ … It’s a really good way to sum up people’s opinions of our show. Here is the link for my survey… https://www.surveymonkey.com/s/2VJHS2J Here are the results and feedback…

E6 Radio Show Review

Overall, when me and Nicole reviewed our radio show for E6 Radio, we thought it went really well because it was fluent and professional, however we agree that it could have been better if we used our planning time a little bit more wisely.
