that is exactly what the chef will be showcasing
this month from ravioli, creamy luscious soups,
pumpkin and honey cake with dark chocolate
sauce. „mmmmmm i am feeling hungry just

February caLLing aLL cUrrY Loversnamaste – the magic of indian cuisine is the star
of the show this month with its intriguing blend
of herbs and spices, carefully cooked to create that
unique aroma and exotic taste that is one of the
reasons that it has a global following. our chef has
gone Bollywood mad cooking up some of the most
well known dishes from the sub continent – aloo
gobi, a dish of spiced potatoes and cauliflower or
rogan Josh spiced with star anise and cinnamon.
slow cooked dishes with yoghurt and spices,
fragrant curries from the south flavoured with
coconut milk and ginger, raitas, daal and so much
more is cooking this month to expose the unique
concoction of flavours that is a signature of

signs of spring are in the air and our kitchens

April feast of asParagUsas far back as 5000 years ago, asparagus was
considered a highly valued delicacy in ancient
rome, loved by caesar augustus and Julius
caesar, not only for its aphrodisiac effects. at
the meZZo restaurant we present this spring
delicacy in 3 forms: white, green and purple. to
ensure fresh supplies of this delicacy our chef will
set out to the farmers’ market to select the best
produce.
September „aHLan Wa saHLan“ – a Heart feLt WeLcomeegyptian foods and recipes are a reflection of this
country’s diverse history and a cultural melting
pot where syria, Lebanon, turkey, greece and
Palestine meet with a twist of the mediterranean.
all these cultures have in some way contributed
to the recipes that have evolved to suite local
tastes. a cuisine with roots in seasonal fresh
produce, succulent fruit and aromatic spices. our
chefs will be very busy this month bringing to life
traditional arabian hospitality, where the sharing
of a meal is a central part of their culture.
Octobermake room for mUsHroomsin autumn our bountiful forests are full of wild
mushrooms, ready to be picked by the foragers
that wander through the forest on a crisp
morning. the chef will be at the market first thing
in the morning to make sure he gets the best of
this autumn treasure, then off to the kitchen to
pop them into a pan sizzling with butter, garlic
and herbs. of course, this is just one of the many
ways you will be able to experience mushrooms
this month in our restaurant. spiced with locally
sourced ingredients like cranberries, blackberries
and spices, surely a treat not to be missed.
November versatiLe venisona truly rustic dinner of locally hunted venison is
a treat this time of the year. With its rich, strong
gamey flavour this meat is perfectly suited to be
twinned with hearty sauces and robust wines. the

Social Responsibility
at the Panorama Hotel Prague we are aware that we have a social responsibility for the local community in which
we operate our hotel.
in an effort to support those who are at a disadvantage we have chosen to partner with a local orphanage home, located
near Prague in the town of Ledce. our partnership consists of quarterly social activities, mutually held and organized
by the children of the orphanage home and a number of hotel employees. these include a yearly christmas party at the
hotel, an outdoor sport activity day as well as 2 yearly educational excursions. Besides financial contributions we involve
ourselves by taking a personal interest in the development of the children.
as a guest you can contribute, if you wish, by donating your spare change in a designated till at the reception.
the monies collected are then used for educational projects.
