Each of our individually designed conference rooms are converted 17th century farm buildings that have views of the river Mimram and are full of character with floor to ceiling windows and exposed wooden beams.
Our experienced team are passionate on delivering faultless service, from the booking process to the day of your event. On the event day you will have a dedicated co-ordinator who will look after the finer details to ensure that your day runs smoothly.

With a range of converted farm buildings, we can accommodate everything from an intimate dinner to a grand awards night.
The Stable and Millstream are the perfect venue for a smaller occasion, being able to seat 70 people – each boasting their own private bar and patio area alongside the river.
The Tythe Barn can seat up to 160 people with its own private garden and bar area for a pre-dinner drinks reception.
The Meadow Barn has played host to several awards nights and charity evenings and can seat up to 350 for a dinner, allowing for a large presenting space and dance floor. It also has its own private bar and garden space for your champagne reception.

Our hotel is an exquisite fusion of old and new that provides guests with a delightful and luxurious stay. Each of our 44 en-suite bedrooms are individually designed with their own colour palette, sumptuous fabrics and stunning locally made furniture.
All our air conditioned bedrooms have modern en-suite bathrooms and come complete with complimentary Rituals toilet ries. Facilities include a flat screen TV, desk space, wifi, telephone, fridge, tea & coffee making facilities, iron & ironing board & hairdryer.
Separate to the main hotel is Kingsbridge House, a private country home. The house boasts 8 en-suite bedrooms, lounge, kitchen, dining room, extensive gardens & 2 hot tubs. The house can be used for a private residential meeting with our chef hosting the evening for you and your guests.

The CowshedThe name comes from its original purpose on the farm - the Cowshed. Opening in November 2018 The Cowshed serves afternoon tea daily.
Guests can enjoy a selection of finger sandwiches, delicious home-made scones and a selection of perfectly made miniature desserts. The tea and coffee is unlimited and we have a range of Champagne on offer to upgrade if you’re celebrating some thing special.
The Cowshed has a contemporary décor with mood lighting, cow inspired light fixtures and furniture. Offering another unique and enjoyable area for both residents and non-residents at Tewin Bury Farm. The Cowshed is also available for private hire.

Williams’ Bar & Restaurant

A far cry from it’s original purpose as the farm chicken shed for over 30 years, Williams’ Bar & Restaurant has enjoyed an excellent reputation for its food and service.
In January 2008, the restaurant underwent a complete refurbishment adding a bar area, an additional 30 covers in The Granary and has been awarded two AA Rosettes for the quality of food and standard of service.
All day dining in a relaxed and informal atmosphere provides the perfect location for any occasion. The solid oak tables and contemporary mustard cushion seating, coupled with original exposed wooden beams and floor mixes the old with the new per fectly.
The menu uses fresh, seasonal and local produce to create exciting and vibrant dishes. There are lighter options available on both the lunch and dinner menu which, on a sunny day, can be enjoyed on the terrace.
The Granary area of the restaurant can be hired for parties of up to 30 people for a business or social occasion. The terrace area provides a lovely al fresco location for dining or just a place to meet friends for a coffee or glass of wine.
BY ROAD FROM THE A1 (M) Travelling Southbound
• Exit A1 (M) at junction 6 (Signposted Welwyn Garden City) and at the roundabout take the 1st exit (signposted A1000).
• Stay in the left-hand lane on this dual carriage way and at the next roundabout take 1st exit (straight over) towards Digswell and up the hill with speed bumps.
• Go straight over the mini roundabout at the top of the hill and continue underneath the viaduct.
• Go straight over the next mini roundabout.
• Continue for ½ mile (you are now on B1000 Hertford Road) past the exit for Tewin village and a lay-by and the Tewin Bury Farm driveway will be on your left-hand side. (Look out for the hanging sign!!)
