Agenda

Background:

Through various pictures of sites collected around the campus’s compound, we voted and concluded that we use the Parking Lot Zone H as our project site.

Discussion:

Discuss about what building project we should create that suits its surroundings, using minimum space and budget.

Conclusion:

The team decides to create a one of the kind service and survey has been done and the conclusion is that students are experience the direct weather explosion such as heavy rain and scorching sun and effect their impression towards Taylor’s University Lakeside Campus.

To optimize the reputation of Taylor’s university by providing one of a kind transportation service of parking lots use mainly by the students and visitors

To provide shelter and transport system against the aggressive weather.

Action:

The team must research on project brief writing and the procedure information needed to be included in.
