Purpose of the Meeting: Propose a New Site Location

Background:

After presenting during tutorial session, it is known that our propose project must be dropped due to over budget and difficulty in obtaining power supply of a small construction project.

Discussion:

Rethink and discuss about a new site location with easier management.

Conclusion:

The team decides to search potential site location within Taylor’s University Lakeside Campus compound.

Action:

The team decides to split up and take pictures potential areas around the campus’s compound, all sites will be observed and the best one will be voted as our 2nd site proposal.
