Agenda

Background:

Found a potential site located at SS13/2 directly opposite of the flat residences. Surveyed the residences and gathered information regarding what building development

would they want to see.

Discussion:

Through the results of the surveyed residences, majority request a restaurant and a petrol station development.

Conclusion:

The team decided to propose a Petrol Station / McDonald’s hybrid building development.

Action:

Site pictures were taken and will be presented during the upcoming tutorial session.
