Department of Obstetrics and GynecologyIn the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology, Dr. Young specializes in general OB/GYN services including adolescent gynecology and management of abnormal pap smears. Her interest in minimally invasive gynecology includes DaVinci Robotic Surgery, laparoscopic hysterectomies, and the in-office sterilization procedure, Essure. She also has special interests in high-risk obstetrics, diabetes during pregnancy, and multiple gestation pregnancies.

Dr. Young grew up just outside Monticello, Illinois. She and her husband, Brad, returned to the area in 2007. They are happy to be raising their two daughters and one son in the Champaign-Urbana community.
