Discuss the Role of Entrepreneurs in Providing Energy Services to the Poor Panel Discussion in the Dag Hammarskjöld Library Auditorium Wednesday, May 10, 3:15pm to 5:15pm Join the Development Marketplace winners and international experts for a discussion about how we can better encourage grassroots entrepreneurs in improving energy access to poor people. During this event the special Global Action Programs (GAP) Fund prize will be awarded by the Global Village Energy Partnership (G-VEP). The GAP Fund was established by G-VEP to support its country action programs and a special award was established in partnership with the Development Marketplace. The event will be moderated by Ede Ijjasz, Manager, Energy Sector Management Assistance Program, with a keynote address by Jamal Saghir, Director, Energy and Water, World Bank.
