Jessica has provided outstanding leadership and passion to assisting the direct sales team in

increasing our sales effectiveness through social media.

She championed an effort to strategize and standardize the social media profile for over 100

company-wide sales reps on LinkedIn. This effort worked to drive home our personal credibility,

business acumen, and experience as subject matter experts for our clients and prospects to

execute on Cbeyond’s mission to be a Technology Ally within the SMB market.

I personally have achieved greater sales success by using social media as a sales tool than via the

traditional methods alone. Specifically, I was able to recently close a large deal with a client that I
