Home care helpers are well equipped in mobile phones. Many private companies and CCAS in France are starting to create mobile fleet for their employees. The home menu includes business features like my agenda, my planning, alerts, service get in/get out, etc. We have added « Calcul du GIR » to interact with a medical team.

Proof of concept realization for letting a home care helper to answer easily a non medical survey

Features : You can click on the buttons to get detailed explanations on the

item. You can answer the survey by clicking on the buttons or by touching

with the phone NFC tags on a poster. The button « envoyer » send the datas to a secured server of the

hospital Datas are ready with the GIR rate automatically calculated. Datas are

accessible by the medical research team thanks to an extranet.
