Catersource magazine is the nation’s go-to resource for catering and event professionals, covering emerging trends, sales and marketing, new products and technology, and menu creation and innovation, as well as profiles of rising stars, industry influencers, and leading companies shaping the future of the hospitality industry.
Catersource events include the Catersource and Event Solutions Conference & Tradeshow held in Las Vegas. This is the ultimate show for the catering industry where thousands of U.S. and international visitors and buyers come for the latest products, technology, and education in catering and event planning.
Additionally, the Art of Catering Food conference is a boutique, culinary focused event, connecting culinary professionals and foodservice brands for three days of food focused education.
A membership program (Leading Caterers of America), a consulting unit (CCU), a monthly e-newsletter (Get Fresh), online marketing products, published books and DVDs, a solid social media presence, and the most reliable staff in the industry round out its offerings, with (shhhh!) more to come in 2015.
What is Catersource?
Catersource is an award-winning magazine and America’s number
one media and events brand for the $45 billion professional
catering industry.
A wonderful resource for our team! This is a one of kind
business and it is great to have Catersource dedicated to connecting and inspiring
caterers across the country.”Director of Sales & Marketing,

Educate, engage and celebrate the catering industryCatersource is the #1 catering-specific media brand for America s $45-billion professional catering industry and will connect your company to an audience with enormous buying power: owners, CEOs, executive chefs, and highly placed managers who are the key purchasers and decision-makers of their companies.
Catersource reaches buyers!48% Owners/CEOs/Presidents/General Managers/VPs

The Catersource audience includes: Members of:

National sports stadiums (luxury suite & special on-site event catering services) The International Military Community Executives Association (IMCEA) civilian caterers contracted by the U.S.
Government to provide catered events to all branches of the U.S. military worldwide (Army, Navy, Air Force, Coast Guard, Marines)
Why Catersource?
Caterers buy volume because they serve volume guests — hundreds and thousands of
guests per event.
In fact, a caterer often serves more guests at a single event than
a restaurant serves in an entire week.
Unlike other foodservice segments, there is stability in the
catering sector. Important life events, inluding weddings and
anniversaries, are constant, a fact that keeps the catering industry
stable.

This is not your ordinary textbook, cookie-cutter classroom setting at a culinary training program but a real experience of shared learning. The annual conference presented by Catersource and the International Caterers Association is an opportunity to:
Meet other professionals currently working in catering kitchens and gain first-hand knowledge, relate to the day-to-day business of catering, share truly original ideas, discuss ground-up trends and learn what inspires their growing imaginations.
Listen to high-energy, enthusiastic presenters willing to share and tell all about their catering experiences in a fun and relaxed environment.
Be up close to the demonstrations so you don’t miss a thing; intimate enough to ask the chef presenter questions.
Taste flavor profiles and textures and observe the food styling and presentations while chefs demonstrate the preparation from the stage.
The Art of Catering Food
The Art of Catering Food [AOCF] is a three-day culinary-focused event held each year in the late
summer (July/August), This is where food industry professionals
unite to learn from world-class catering chefs in an unique and
intimate setting.
