This year we will be running the Housing Management conference along side the Homelessness & Allocations conference within one venue. The exhibition for both events will be shared and we have 21 stands available. However the conferences will run separately within different rooms at the venue, having separate programmes and separate main rooms and masterclasses.

The 2017 Housing Management conference will consider the effects of a turbulent operating environment within the housing sector, and outline ways of managing resources across a variety of housing management functions.

High profile speakers and experts across both days will provide practical and strategic sessions to help you to understand the changing demands in the sector and how this will impact you.

T E R M S A N D C O N D I T I O N S

A. Email correspondence will not be taken as confirmation of a booking. A booking will be guaranteed on receipt of this completed and signed booking form which you need to return to kirsty.bates@cih.org or sean.henderson@cih.org

B. Once your exhibition/ sponsorship package has been confirmed, you will receive an invoice for 100% of your total booking. Please advise the correct contact details, address and any purchase order numbers for the invoices in advance so we can ensure they are printed on the invoices correctly.

C. If you cancel a booking you will be charged 100% of your booking.

D. Please keep a photocopy of the booking form for your records.

E. Limitation of Liability

i) The Chartered Institute of Housing (CIH) only accepts responsibility for accident, injury or loss suffered whilst attending this event if it is directly due to negligence on our part.

ii) Exhibitors are responsible for taking care of their own property.

iii) This booking is subject to the usual CIH terms and conditions.

F. Cancellation of Events

We may have to cancel an event, in which case all sponsorship and exhibition fees will be refunded. No liability will be accepted for other associated costs, such as pre booked accommodation or travel.

We will not refund any other costs you may incur as a result of this cancellation.
