RSES has been a leader in training and education for professional HVACR technicians and contractors since 1933. 2018 marks our 85th anniversary and we are looking forward to celebrating this great

milestone with the entire industry. As one of the oldest associations in the trade, we are working diligently on updating who we are and how we present to the industry.

This year we are taking education and training to a whole new level by working with many associations in an effort to share the knowledgethat keeps everyone at every level of HVACR safe, efficient and effective. Whether that knowledge comes directly from our organization or one of our sister associations does not matter, the goal is to guide information seekers on the right path, period.

With this vision will come numerous opportunities to work together and collaborate with many organizations on key training and education initiatives, such as in-person training collaborations, educational/testing material development, and even virtual Chapter meetings. As we continue to train and educate HVACR professionals, RSES also is seeking ways to bring the industry together and share a common mission that moves everyone into the future.

Our plans will unfold throughout the year, but know that RSES is positioning itself in a way that welcomes and works with everyone so that we can collectively learn and grow this great industry!
