Cassius is in charge of the management and control of the Ccaps Production Department. With a BS degree in Computer Sciences from the State University of Rio de Janeiro and Graduate Certificates in Financial Analysis and Finance (Investment and Risk Management), Cassius started focusing his career on project management in 2000. He has more than 16 years of experience in the IT area as a developer, localization engineer and systems administrator for Windows and Linux environments.

Marcelo Malamace Financial Director

Marcelo is the head of the Ccaps Finance and Administrative Department. With experience of over 22 years acting as the Controller and local Legal Representative of large corporations and mid-sized companies, he gained expertise in finance, accounting and tax routines. Marcelo brings to Ccaps a wealth of experience in the management of and decisions related to processes with third party legal offices, auctions, asset sales, corporate legal matters, payroll routines, tax assessments, insurance policies, budgets and KPIs.

Fabiano Cid Managing Director

With a degree in Language and Literature, Fabiano is the majority shareholder, responsible for the company’s long-term planning and strategic partnerships. With over 15 years of localization experience, Fabiano has transformed Ccaps into the leading localization provider in Brazil, widely recognized for its management capacity, linguistic quality and attention to detail. For six years, he served as the Chairman of the Milengo Board and is currently a member of the Globalization and Localization Association (GALA) Board.
