1. Il mercato dei cuscinetti è caratterizzato dalla forte competizione tra produttori europei e giap-ponesi. La produzione giapponese è oggi fortemente competitiva, specialmente per quanto ri-guarda il settore dei cuscinetti di piccole dimensioni. In generale tuttavia, la competizione è oggi distorta dalle importazioni di prodotti di marchi primari contraffatti, non solo nel seg-mento dei cuscinetti a sfere, ma anche dei cuscinetti a rulli a botte, di precisione e di impiego automobilistico. A questi si sono aggiunti negli ultimi anni sul mercato italiano i prodotti cinesi a marca privata, con un livello qualitativo non omogeneo anche fra gli item di una

5. Per quanto ci riguarda, il fattura-to del comparto cuscinetti rappre-senta una parte molto importante del totale. Attualmente la tendenza è in leggera crescita, andando a incidere per circa il 50% sul totale.

6. Quella del ricondizionamento oggi è una pratica proponibile solo se effettuata su alcuni cuscinetti di costo/misura tale da giustificarne la revisione. Si parla quindi esclu-sivamente di cuscinetti di grande di-mensione. In tutti gli altri casi è anti-economico.

7. Per l’anno in corso, e con buona probabili-tà anche per il prossimo, stante la situazione di stallo con la quale dobbiamo confrontarci, non si intravede una ripresa del mercato. In una congiuntura economica così debole non potrà che crescere il livello della competizione sui servizi offerti alla clientela, che oggi non si può più ridurre alla semplice consegna, ma si configura in un insieme di componenti: dalla gamma di prodotto alla dispo-nibilità di magazzino, all’assi-stenza tecnica e ai servizi pre e post vendita.

Oggi tuttavia le ten-denze del mercato fanno sì che a incidere in maniera crescente nella richiesta del cliente sia il prezzo finale.

3. A parte la manutenzione che è trasver-sale a tutta l’attività manifatturiera, il settore più significativo per noi è rappre-sentato dai costruttori di macchine, con particolare riferimento al metal working, machine tools, packaging, food, oil & gas, wood, plastica e gomma, paper, gearbox.

4. Tra le variabili che hanno condiziona-to la distribuzione c’è stata senza dubbio un’affermazione considerevole dei distri-butori, ed è cresciuta la concorrenza tra loro sul territorio. Si sono affacciati sul mercato italiano alcuni grandi gruppi europei anche se, va segnalato, ancora esclusivamente nel settore MRO.

Paolo Mambretti, presidente FNDI, ha cominciato a lavora-

re in Verzolla nel 1958, per poi rilevare l’azienda di famiglia

nel 1964. La sua carriera è stata segnata da una costante

ricerca di nuovi prodotti da distribuire: negli anni Sessanta

ha aperto alla pneumatica, nei Settanta all’oleodinamica,

nei Novanta alla movimentazione lineare.

MaintenanceStories

Held for the first time in 2005, MaintenanceStories is the Italian event for Maintenance and Plant Managers. This major event gives companies the chance to present case studies focu-sing exclusively on industrial maintenance. Big players such as Michelin, Roche, FIAT, and Nestlé also participated in the past editions.MaintenanceStories usually takes place in relevant and significant locations for plant opera-tors in Italy, such as: Heineken, Ducati Motor, Ferrero and others.

Inaugurato nel 2005, MaintenanceStories è un evento nato in Italia, espressamente dedicato ai Responsabili di Manutenzione e Direttori di Stabilimento. Nel corso della giornata, le aziende hanno l’opportunità di presentare casi applicativi sul tema della manutenzione industriale. Negli anni passati il MaintenanceStories ha visto la partecipazione di importanti players quali Michelin, Roche, FIAT e Nestlé. Publishers of Il Distributore Industriale and official media partner of F.N.D.I. (National Federation of Industrial Distribution), TIMGlobal Media organizes vertical events focusing on industrial distribution in contribution with F.N.D.I., with the aim of involving entrepreneurs and managers. La Giornata del Distributore is the main event established with such purpose. In 2014 the half-day conference Seminario F.N.D.I. Academy also came to life.

L’evento di riferimento è La Giornata del Distributore, accanto al quale ha preso vita nel 2014 per la prima volta il Seminario F.N.D.I. Academy.

F.N.D.I. Academy SeminarF.N.D.I. Academy Seminar, organized by TIMGlobal Media with F.N.D.I., took place for the first time in 2014. During the seminar, speakers present concrete solutions for company managers, focusing on financing and transportation regulations.

Seminario F.N.D.I. AcademyIl Seminario F.N.D.I. Academy, organizzato da TIMGlobal Media insieme a F.N.D.I., ha avuto luogo per la prima volta nell’autunno 2014 presso l’agriturismo La Camilla di Concorezzo (MB). Durante il seminario vengono proposte soluzioni concrete per i manager industriali, con focus dedicati all’accesso al credito, al trasporto merci e alle regolamentazioni doganali.

La Giornata del DistributoreLa Giornata del Distributore aims at taking stock of the situation of the distribution market and discussing the expectations across the whole sector. The one-day convention is organized by F.N.D.I., the National Federation of Industrial Distribution, with the contribution of E.F.I.D.A., the corresponding European federation, and was established in 2009. During the conference - that takes place every two years - leading operators of the distribution market have the chance to present sector analysis and success stories.

La Giornata del Distributore

La Giornata del Distributore è la convention verticale dedicata alla distribuzione industriale che analizza la situazione del mercato e le aspettative dell’intero settore. Organizzata da F.N.D.I., la Federazione Nazionale della Distribuzione Industriale, con il contributo di EFIDA – la corrispettiva associazione europea – la giornata è nata nel 2009 e ha cadenza biennale. L’edizione 2015 ha avuto luogo nella splendida cornice della Villa Reale di Monza. Protagonisti gli operatori principali del mondo della Distribuzione Industriale italiana e straniera, che si confrontano in quest’occasione attraverso approfondimenti di settore e storie di successo.
