Brief characteristics: Konditorei & Café – Patisserie, abbreviated as KoCa, is Germany‘s leading trade magazine for pastry shops, patisseries, confectionery shops and ice cream parlours. All relevant fields of the sweets and pastry producing trade are covered – including topclass patisserie.
