Quality & Testing: In order to ensure high quality of equipment we follow sophisticated testing

facilities:

NDT for all welded structures. Vibration tests for dynamic machineries on our material handling equipment. We are also having load test facility around 200 tones capacity for our cranes

in our company remises.

 

Erection & Commissioning: After quality testing our finished equipment are properly packed & dispatched

to our customer site and then they are flawlessly erected commissioned by our experienced contractors with committed delivery period.

Customer Relation & Service: Our customer relation & service team take complete responsibility of our

equipment by providing periodic maintenance of our equipment over its life span & maintain business relations with help of continuous feedback from customer end.

Single Girders EOT Cranes

Mechtrotech Projects Pvt. Ltd. is a leading manufacturer of single girder EOT Cranes which are generally used for efficient material handling purpose in various engineering industries.

Our range is designed in such way that can bear loads ranging up to 20 tons. These are extensively used in foundry, machine shop, engineering. We also offer customization on our range as per the specification of clients.

Double Girders EOT Cranes

Semi Gantry Or Goliath Cranes Mechtrotech Projects Pvt. Ltd. is leading

manufacturer of Semi Grantee or Goliath Cranes in Pune. These are self-propelled cranes running on rails installed at ground level.

Semi Gantry Cranes to cater to localized work area within the shop floor. These cranes can be installed for various applications such as Grabbing in Steel Plants, Manufacturing Units, and Stock Yards. Gantry crane can be moved to a new location with less trouble or expenses than an overhead crane and its runway.

Also it is comparatively easy and inexpensive to extend the length of the runway and thus increase the working area of the crane. In workshop where part utilization of shop bay is required a Semi Gantry and Goliath Crane are used.

Under Slung Cranes Under slung cranes are used where the

head room is limited or where the condition cannot allow other means of support to the crane.

Majority of Under Slung overhead cranes are in the capacity range from 250kg to 10MT. The Under slung Crane is highly acclaimed by clients as it is fastened to building beams instead of pillars to offer extra support.

Under slung traveling cranes provide an optimal solution where the building structures make the normal traveling cranes less suitable. The main feature is that the crane track is not fastened to pillars but to the beams of the building.

Wall Travelling JIB Cranes

Mechtrotech Projects Pvt. Ltd. is prominent manufacturer of Wall Traveling JIB Cranes. The single girder Wall Traveling JIB Cranes in designed for operation on a lower level beneath a large traveling crane system.

A wall traveling crane installed at right angles across the wall can serve several work stations. Single Girder wall traveling cranes are available for load capacities up to 5MT with outreach up to 10m. Wall traveling cranes ensure effortless handling of loads and can feed multiple work stations.

It is possible to mount several cranes on the same rail.

JIB Cranes JIB Crane is useful especially for

loading or unloading for of work pieces on machine tools. These are also useful for loading or unloading of trucks.
