I like / I don’t like

•Use the expression Me gusta followed by a noun to say that you like something in Spanish.

•Use gusta with singular nouns and verbs, and gustan with plural nouns

•Example: Me gusta la toronja. I like grapefruit.

Me gustan las manzanas.

I like apples.

•To express what you don’t like, no is added before the pronoun me.

•Example: No me gusta la toronja. I don’t like

grapefruit.

No me gustan las manzanas.
