How does API work?

• You extract one or more of your MDR licensed data files, through programs you create, to deliver data directly into your systems.

How does the Connector work?

• Each time MDR runs a scheduled data refresh you receive notification that your data is ready to be synced within your Salesforce application.

Will the format of the data be different from the files we currently download?

• Field Names and field lengths will be the same as the standard data lease output.

• PIDs and NIDs WILL NOT have leading zeros. There will be character-based PID and NID fields available with leading zeros.

How frequently is this data refreshed?

• MDR updates data virtually every day. These daily updates are consolidated and refresh the database every two weeks throughout the year. You can access this data as often as you need.

Can I use API or Connector and still receive the full data files I always receive?

• Yes, your full MDR data set is still accessible through the MDR Data Lease Manager.

How do I get started using MDR’s API or Connector solutions?

• Contact your Project Coordinator or Relationship Manager to set up a meeting with MDR’s Data Implementation team.
