TheEliteClubsNationalLeague,Inc.(ECNL)isa501(c)(3)non-profitmember-basedorganizationfoundedin2009toenhancethedevelopmentalexperienceoffemaleyouthsoccerplayersintheUnitedStatesthrough:

• Improvingthecompetitiveenvironmentthroughcreationofatruenationalcompetitiveleague withmultipleflights;

• ImprovingtheprocessforidentifyingelitefemalesoccerplayersfortheU.S.Socceryouthnationalteamsthroughasystematicscoutingandidentificationprogram basedonnationalcompetitions;and
