Envisioning a new work culture, the immaculate space goes beyond the typical oﬃce environment, as it includes an interactive history museum and McDonald’s training facility, Hamburger University. Rather than feeling restricted to an assigned desk, McDonald’s incorporated “communities” into the space that allow employees have the freedom to choose where they would like to sit each day. Over a timeline of over two years, we worked tirelessly with numerous teams to bring McDonald’s vision to life.
