What makes MCCI different…• Unique fees Structure: project or retainer – no hourly billing

• Your monthly retainer gives you a “bank” of hours each month to use in implementing your strategic plan. Be it PR, Marketing, content development, coaching, social media, newsletters or messaging/branding development - your engagement covers the areas you feel specifically address your current strategy goals and concerns. We won’t come to you at then end of the month and charge you for any more hours than you’ve committed to during your retainer agreement. We also understand that some months may be heavy and some may be lighter but in the end it usually evens out. With a major-market media career spanning over 30 years, Terry Oprea understands media and marketing in a way that few executives do. Terry brings tremendous value through his personal expertise in broadcast, print and new media to MCCI's clients. Terry has produced Emmy Award-winning local and national broadcasts during his career with Post Newsweek and public television. At MCCI, he has overseen numerous award-winning print, radio, TV, video and online productions for corporate clients. As MCCI's CEO, Chairman and Co-founder, he is responsible for day-to-day direction and management of the company

Mark Gilman has experience all over the map - and he's seen action in a wide range of media, public relations and marketing fields covering industries including - military, political, legal, technology, education, retail and non-profit arenas. Mark's vast background means he also knows how to teach our clients how to develop and tell a compelling story that sets them apart as well as building strategic planning that delivers results. Mark's clients benefit tremendously from his exhaustive knowledge and experience.  Mark is also the former principal and President of Decus Strategic Communications, which was acquired by MCCI in early 2011.
