When asked why do you love what you do at Brown-Forman, she says, “I love talking to people about this wonderful company. In some cases, the people I’m talking to have never heard of Brown-Forman and have never been to Louisville. Being able to discuss the opportunities at Brown-Forman and to talk about our amazing brands is what gets me out of bed each morning.”

McCauley has been at Brown-Forman for 6 years. Prior to joining the Talent Acquisition team, she was a Jack Daniel’s Market Brand Manager and an On-Premise Spirits Manager for Atlanta and Athens, prior to that role.
