THANK YOU TO OUR ARMED SERVICES Memorial Day, May 28h, observed on the lastMonday of May, honors men and women who diedwhile serving in the U.S. military. Originally known asDecoration Day, it started in the years following theCivil War and became an official federal holiday in 1971. Unofficially, at least, it marks the beginning ofsummer.
Renee's Recipes:Easy 3 Step Veggie Quiche! Ingredients 4 eggs 1 1/2 cups milk 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese 1 package (10 oz.) frozen choppedspinach, thawed and squeezed dry 1 package Knorr® Spring Vegetablerecipe mix 9-inch frozen deep-dish pie crust Directions Preheat oven and baking sheet to 350°. Beat eggs in large bowl. Beat in milk, cheese, spinach and Knorr® SpringVegetable recipe mix. Pour into pie crust. Arrange pie on baking sheet and bake 50 minutes or until knife inserted halfwaybetween center and edge comes out clean.
