TAME THE BEAST If the clutter on your patio or balcony threatens to overtake your home, it’s time
to tame the beast. Please remove any storage items, and make sure that nothing is draped over outside walls and railings. Thanks for keeping your outdoor space clean and uncluttered. By doing so, you’ll save yourself a fine of $25.
p ANIMAL INSTINCTS O “Lions and tigers and bears, oh my!” Luckily we don’t see many wild animals on
property, but we do have our own pack of pets. Please don’t allow our grounds to become an untamed wilderness. Always clean up after your pet and walk your furry friend on a leash. Let’s keep our habitat looking beautiful. Responsible pet owners who observe our policies avoid a pet policy fine of $20.
FURNITURE DISPOSAL Fines Assessed for Non-Compliance
Our trash collection company does not pick up large pieces of furniture set in or around our dumpsters. If you have furniture you no longer wish to keep, we suggest that you donate it to a charity. Some organizations will send a truck to pick up useable items; otherwise, please make arrangements to have them hauled away.
v JUNGLE JAVA Saturday, May 25 • 8:30–10:30 a.m. • in the Office
We’re not “lion” when we say that our residents are the pride of our community. To give you a small taste of our appreciation, we invite you to enjoy a hot cup of coffee and fresh donuts. Just make tracks to the office and help yourself with our compliments. One sip and you’ll feel like the king of the jungle!
TIME FOR A CHANGE When you change your A/C filter each month, get rid of dirt and dust at the
same time by vacuuming the vent. You’ll help your air conditioning system run at peak performance, and you’ll breathe easier. For your convenience, free filters are available in the office.
WITH GRATITUDE
