Big Mac Falls from Space A groundskeper at an english soccer club had the surprise of his life at work recently when a burger fell from the sky and landed on the pitch.

The frozen Big Mac was attached to a box made of polystyrene foam with a GoPro camera straped to it, when it landed on the training pitch at Colchester united’s grounds

‘There was no card inside the box, so we didn’t really know what to do,’ said the Essex football club.

Despite the initial puzzlement, the mystery was soon solved when YouTuber tom Stanniland called up the Legue Two club to explain.

‘I sent a burger into space using a weather balloon,’ he revealed ‘It had gone about 24 miles up when the baloon popped It’s come back down, travelled over 100 miles and landed right here!’

why send a burger on a mision to space, you might ask Well, Tom undertook the rather unusual job to entertane the 2.7 million followers on his YouTube channel.

Surprisingly, the Big mac wasn’t the first food itim to make the journey to the stars It seems everything from doughnuts to garlic bread have also been sent into space … just for the fun of it!
