Problem: If you own an International with a 2008 to 2013 Maxxforce 13L engine…you have probably had an EGR cooler failure.Some EGR failures are due to thermal fatigue….

Solution: A shield (patent pending), is available which fits between the EGR Valve and the EGR cooler. It prevents direct impingement of hot gas on critical surfaces of the EGR Cooler face.
