OUR VISION

To be one of the lead institutions in the field

of human resource development,

evaluation and administration in the

ASEAN.

OUR MISSION

To develop and provide human resource

services through seminars, workshops and

trainings to as many or all sectors which may have

need of them;

To conduct research and to publish and cause

the publication of researches in the fields of

guidance and counseling and psychology and to

promote psychological tests indigenous in the

ASEAN region;

To serve as a clearing house for Filipino and

other ASEAN-based psychological tests.
