Sub: Promotion from the grade of Inspector to the grade ofSuperintendent Gr °B' in the combined cadre of Gujarat State forvacancy year- 2021 Reg.

It has been decided to draw a panel of Inspectors for promotion to the gradeof Supérintendent in the combined cadre of Gujarat State for the vacancy year2021

In this regard, a tentative list (attached as ANNEXURE-) of officers in thegrade of Inspectors who may be eligible for consideration for promotion to thegrade of Superintendent for the vacancy year 2021, in terms of the Superintendentof Central Excise Recruitment Rules, 2019, as on the crucial date for determiningeligibility i.e 01.01.2021 (as per Model calendar issued by DOPT 0.M No.22011/4/2013-Estt.(D) dated 08.05.2017), is enclosel herewith. Tentative List hasbeen prepared keeping in view of Board's Circular F. No. A-22015/117/2016-Ad.IIIA dated 20.09.2018.

It is requested to forward the following inlormation / documents along with3.11pdated APAR dossiers (in case dosSiers lying with Commissionerate) in respect ofoficers of your Commissionerate by special messenger ON OR BEFORE08.02.2021 FORENOON WITHOUT FAIL.

While issuing Vigilance / Non vigilancc clearancecertificate, the instructions laid down under DOP & T's O.M No.22011/4/91-Estt{(A) dated 14/09/1992 & subscquent amendment therconmay please be referred and strictly adhered.

e Penalty statement issued by the competent authority.3. It may please be ensured that all the certificates/documents as mentionedabove are furnished after getting approval of the competent authority.

Further, if any officer is not working in the Commissionerate shown againsttheir names, the Commissionerate where the officer is presently working may beinformed to forward the required documents to this office by the due date.
