I would take a sample to match the siding profile

You will also need several of those high lift jacks and some cinder blocks. That's most of what we need though. Don't forget primer and paint for the new siding. Also feel free to buy some steel wool and vinegar for a weathering finish to the new deck. Unroll the steel wool pads and set them in a shallow bucket of water for several days until they begin to rust. Dump the contents into a large jar and add apple cider vinegar. Let that sit for a few weeks and it will make a stain that will age the treated wood instantly. Turns it a permanent gray brown.
