Latest ResearchAnti-inflammatory:This 2009 study showed 1 gm of mastic gum daily reduced the protein that stimulates neutrophils to release cytokines. Cytokines increase inflammation specifically in relation to gastric ulcers in the presence of Heliobacter pylori.
