Aluminium frame S1
The MASTERTENT S1 series persuades with the highest quality of materials and fine workmaship
down to the smallest detail. The high-quality frame with its robust octagonal aluminium profile
– with a profile thickness of 43 x 49 mm and a wall thickness of 2.5 mm – gives the folding tent
maximum stability.
The patented tension clips on the corner posts guarantee optimum tension of the roof, so that
all surfaces are smooth and wrinkle-free ensuring the full effect of the print design.

RELEASE SYSTEM.
The release system by means
of push button release allows
a safe opening and closing of
the folding tent. No risk of inju-
ry and thanks to the integrated
easy set-up mechanism the as-
sembly is even easier.
CONNECTING ELEMENTS.
All connecting elements are
made of aluminium. At the
contact points with the roof
fabric the elements are rein-
forced with protective rubber
cover to prevent abrasion. This
means that the roof can remain
mounted and does not have to
be removed after every use.

PEAK FLAG.
The patented peak flag allows
the attachment of a roof flag.
The cover cap not only ensures
a straightforward set-up of the
flag but at the same time also
fixes the roof to the frame.
SPARE PARTS.
Every part of our aluminium frame is provid-
ed with a clearly visible article number. All
the components are connected to each other
with bolts, which can be easily removed and
replaced when exchanging any spare parts.
This makes the exchange of spare parts un-
complicated.

inspection, a label with a serial
number is sewn into every roof.

FRAME COLOURS.
MASTERTENT offers powder coated alumini-
um frames in 9 standard colours. The pow-
der coating is designed for outdoor use and
is very resistant. Further 201 RAL colours are
available upon request.

MASTERTENT’s S1 roofs and sidewalls are made of high-quality polyester fabric (roof: 500D
Oxford, sidewalls: 250D Oxford) and are available in 12 colours. All visible velcro-fastener strips,
trims and threads are in a matching colour. The polyester is waterproof, windproof and fire-
retardant according to the EN-Norm 13501-1.

FASTENING.
Simple and intuitive fastening
onto the roof and the corner
posts using velcro-fasteners.
The MASTERTENT S1 sidewalls
are equipped with lateral pol-
yester flaps for attaching them
to the corner posts. All visible
velcro-fastener strips, trims
and threads are all colour
matching.
The next sidewall is attached to
the wall that is already mount-
ed with velcro, so that the side-
walls close tightly at the corner
post allowing neither moisture
nor wind into the tent.
COUNTER.
The counter can be easily and
quickly fixed to the tent frame
with clamps, meanwhile the
half height sidewall is attached
to the designated piping pro-
file. The counter can be placed
anywhere on one or multiple
sides of the tent. Ideal for your
sales stand.
CROSSBAR.
The crossbar can be easily and
quickly fixed to the tent frame

Print design
MASTERTENT roofs and side walls can be personalised using various printing techniques. Our
in-house graphic design and printing departments realize personalised designs according to
the wishes of the customer - fonts, logos or pictures - and even colour gradients and large area
print are no problem for us.

THERMAL PRINTING.
Thermal transfer printing is a printing process which is particu-
larly suitable for printing on small areas.
The selected motif is printed on a special vinyl foil and then cut
out in order to apply it to the fabric by selective heat transfer
using a heating process.

SUBLIMATION PRINTING.
Sublimation printing is the perfect solution for a full-surface
printing. With this process customised photorealistic roofs and
sidewalls can be realised.
The motif is printed on white fabric. With this special printing
technique the ink penetrates the fabric, delivering a very scratch
resistance product with high colour intensity. Sidewalls can be
also printed on both sides upon request. A printed sidewall can
also be sewn onto a single colour sidewall.

Automatic roof awning
Like every MASTERTENT, even the tent with roof awning can be set up in just 1 minute and
does not require any tools. The awnings will open automatically with the tent frame and there
are no loose small parts which can be lost. To suit all requirements, it is possible to have
awnings on 1, 2, 3 or all 4 sides of the tent, offering an additional sheltered area in front of it.
The eaves have a depth of 65 cm or 80 cm, depending on how many sides of the tent there are
awnings.

Kit Rescue
The MASTERTENT Rescue tent - specially designed for rescue missions - provides special weath-
er and privacy protection in sensitive situations such as rescue, police and firefighting opera-
tions.

The window can be closed from

er in order to protect against
prying eyes.
DOORS.
The doors can be opened by
zippers and then rolled up. The
lower third of the sidewalls is
made of PVC. This extension al-
lows the attachment of sandbags
and minimizes the ingress of dirt
and water.

The MASTERTENT 5 x 5 m persuades with its particular appearance due to the pago-
da form and the scalloped valance. Compared to conventional pagoda tents, the set-up
is quick and simple as with all MASTERTENT folding tents. The MASTERTENT 5 x 5 m offers
25 m² of roofed area equalling enough room for 96 persons standing or 48 persons sitting.
The compact package dimensions make the transportation and storage very simple.

MASTERTENT-Flag
The MASTERTENT flag can be set up as a freestanding flag by connecting it with the cross base
or the base plate, or it can be attached to the tent frame with a connecting clamp.
It is available in two sizes: Small 250 x 90 cm | Large 340 x 95 cm
Thanks to sublimation printing the MASTERTENT flag can be be personalised according to the
customer’s wishes.

Accessories
RAINGUTTER.
The raingutter prevents rainwater from
entering between two or more tents set
up next to each other. Easy attachment
to the roof with a velcro. Also available
for the installation between wall and
tent.
LIGHTING.
The lighting system - consisting of three
spotlights with 150 watt each - is easily
and quickly attached to the central or
the corner post.
LED LIGHTING.
Our dimmable LED-Lighting system con-
sists of four strips and is attached with
clips to the hinged poles of the tent.

HEATER.
The heater (1500 Watt,
250 V, 50 HZ) can be
attached to the central
or the corner post.
CONNECTING CLAMP.
The tent connection
clamp allows the con-
nection of two or more
tents and provides ad-
ditional stability.
TRANSPORTATION WHEELS.
The transportation wheels are attached to the foot
plate of the tent and allow a fast and easy transpor-
tation of the the folding tent. They can remain at-
tached to the tent even after the set-up.
SMOKER’S ROOF.
The roof was designed for outdoor smoking areas.
The smoke can escape through the air openings
without rain and snow entering the inside of the tent
through the dormers on the roof, which creates a
ventilation system.
The smoker’s roof can be produced in all available
sizes upon request.

TENT FASTENING SET.
On a soft ground, the folding tent can be
fastened using safety straps and pegs.
BANNER AND FLAG.
A banner or flag, which can be easily
and quickly attached to the tent due to
the flag peak, offers an additional ad-
vertising area and a further personali-
sation chance.78

Bench Relax
The “Relax” bench model is a comfortable alternative to the classic folding bench because of

SurfaceWe only use carefully selected air-dried and chamber-aired spruce wood for our tables
and benches. We apply three layers of UV glaze of 20 g/m² on the wooden plate for an op-
timum surface protection. This type of coating combines the features of a classic UV var-
nish that protects the surface from the UV radiation and an impregnating glaze that
penetrates deep into the wood, adapting to the shrinkage behaviour of the material.

Futtermittelgesetzbuch)

UV-Lasuren der Reihen 4034, 4058, 4060 setzen sich im Wesentlichen aus einer Mischung von speziellen acrylierten Harzen, Wachsen sowie Fotoinitiatoren zusammen. Die interne Überprüfung der Lackformulierung anhand der Technischen Merkblätter und Sicherheitsdatenblätter der einzelnen Rohstoffe ergab für die Zusammensetzung nach der UV-Härtung einen gesundheitlich unbedenklichen Stoff im Sinne des LFGB. Die UV-Härtung muss mit HTQ-Strahlern mit mindestens 80 w/cm Bogenlänge und einem maximalen Vorschub von 6 m/min-Strahler durchgeführt sein. Der Beschichtungsaufbau erfüllt die Norm DIN EN 71 Teil 3 (Kinderspielzeug). Diese Lacke sind frei von Schadstoffen wie Formaldehyd, PCB, PCP, Lindan und Schwermetallen. Die 15. Verordnung zur Änderung der Bedarfsgegenständeverordnung vom 13.05.2018 (Verbot krebserregender Azo-Farbstoffe in Kosumgütern) wird ebenfalls erfüllt. Von fachgerecht hergestellten und ausgehärteten Oberflächen gehen nach einschlägigen Erfahrungen nach dem Abdunsten der üblicherweise verwendeten Lösemittel keine weiteren Emissionen und damit auch keine gesundheitliche Gefährdung aus. Gegen die Verwendung der UV-Lasuren der Reihen 4034, 4058 und 4060 zur Lackierung von Gebrauchsgegenständen, die höchstens für einen kurzzeitigen Lebensmittelkontakt bestimmt sind, bestehen somit im Sinne des LFGB keine Bedenken. Lebensmittel dürfen durch die Fertigerzeugnisse keine nachteilige Beeinflussung – weder direkt noch indirekt – erleiden.

SCREEN PRINTING.
The monochrome printing is applied under the varnishing
and is therefore long-lasting. The screen printing can be
positioned on the top of the table or bench plate and is
therefore more flexible in size and the choice of motif as
the branding iron.

Pavilion
Depending on the model you choose, the pavilion is suitable for a very broad range of cir-
cumstances. For example, as an InfoPoint, an advertising tent as well as a vending stall or a
refreshment stand and so much more. The pavilion frame of galvanised steel in combination
with its fire- retardant PVC roof and the fire- retardant varnishing on the counter boards offers
a maximal safety. Every pavilion has an integrated electrical connection circuit. The side panels
and the roof are printable, making the pavilion a perfect advertising medium.
